Restoration is the raid healer Shaman. Chain Heal on stacked melee, Healing Wave on the tank, Spirit mana in combat (Blizzard line, rates still provisional). Hub for totems: Shaman hub. Flags: Restoration PvP.

Restoration spend for raid throughput
Blizzard published the Shaman kit on 7 October 2026. Talents keep 3 trees of 7 rows with 1-point gold 
talents at 11, 16, 21 and 31 points, and Restoration’s are named. Water Shield is the new 11-point 
gold: 3 globes that return mana when you are hit. Since the 15 October notes they also return mana when any of your spells crits (was critical heals only). Mana Tide Totem moves down to 16 points and gains a rank at level 38, so you learn ranks at 25, 38, 48 and 58. Riptide at 31 points heals at once and then over 15 seconds with a cooldown of 6 seconds, and makes Chain Heal 25% stronger on that target. Restorative Totems now scales the whole Healing Stream Totem (was the base value only), and Healing Way now raises Healing Wave healing. Point-by-point spends and exact Spirit-to-mana rates stay provisional while the beta runs.
Stay Restoration. A few Elemental points for mana tools show up in community trees. Call them optional.

Spirit and mp5 into the 9 December raids
Restoration wants Spirit, mp5 and +healing. Spell hit is for your rare shock. Healing power now includes 1/3 of bonus spell damage, so caster pieces heal too. Blizzard has not published the raid loot tables yet, so the dungeon healer set is BiS until 9 December.
Week 1. Quest +healing pieces. Healer blues.
Weeks 2 to 3. dungeons +healing. Dungeon healer set.
From 9 December. Barrow Deeps, Hyjal Summit, 
Onyxia. Raid carries.

Leveling hours and the 2 speeds
Restoration still 
quests with shocks, then heals instances. Since the 1 October beta build dungeon quests pay 50% less bonus XP, so the route stays quest-led in the open world. 1 booster is $299 in about 14 days. 2 boosters in shifts is $420 in about 7 days. A human Pro plays your Shaman in our own gaming hubs, on a PC dedicated to your account and a residential IP address in your city, so it looks exactly like you playing from home. Preselect Tauren or Dwarf. Route. Skip the grind.
