Refund Policy

We want every order to go right. If something didn't, contact our support team via the chat widget on any page or at [email protected] with your order number — we respond around the clock.

When refunds are available

  • Order not started: if work on your order has not begun, you can cancel for a full refund.
  • Order not delivered: if we cannot complete your order as agreed, you receive a refund for the undelivered part (or in full, if nothing was delivered).
  • Clear issue with what was agreed: if the delivered service clearly does not match the offer you purchased, contact support — we will redo the work, credit your balance, or refund the affected amount.

How refunds are processed

  • Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Where you prefer, we can issue store credit to your LFCarry balance instead — often instantly.
  • Partially completed orders are refunded proportionally for the undelivered portion.

What is not refundable

  • Services already delivered as described in the offer.
  • Promotional bonuses and store credit, which have no cash value.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
