Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Legionfarm Inc., a Delaware corporation ("LFCarry", "we", "us"), governing your use of lfcarry.com and the services offered through it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

LFCarry is an online marketplace connecting customers with professional video game players ("PROs") who provide coaching, guided gameplay, and related digital services. PROs are independent professionals; LFCarry coordinates orders, payments, scheduling, and support.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

3. Orders and payments

• Prices are shown at checkout and may include options that change the total.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Promotional balances or bonuses, where offered, have no cash value.
• Estimated completion times are estimates and may vary with game conditions and demand.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. In short: if an order has not been delivered, or there is a clear issue with what was agreed, contact support and we will make it right.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the services for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not harass, abuse, or defraud PROs, staff, or other customers.
• Do not attempt to bypass the platform to transact with PROs directly.
• Do not submit false chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered services.

6. Game publishers

LFCarry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher. Game titles and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Some game publishers' terms restrict account sharing or paid assistance; you are responsible for understanding the terms of the games you play, and you use our services at your own discretion.

7. Intellectual property

The LFCarry website, branding, and content are owned by Legionfarm Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific in-game outcomes, drops, or rankings beyond what is described in the specific offer you purchase.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legionfarm Inc.'s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time; obligations related to completed orders survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision; continued use after changes means you accept them.
