How does the Iron Banner rank reset work now?
Iron Banner keeps the Event Card: a 15-rank Event Rank Track that starts over every Iron Banner. Each event gives 1 full track, rank 1 to 15, with no repeat resets inside the event. The Event Rank Reset package takes the track from rank 1 to 15 in that week, with every Tier 5 weapon and armor engram on it.
What do Iron Banner engrams and focusing give?
Every completed match earns Iron Ciphers. At Lord Saladin, Iron Ciphers plus Glimmer focus an engram into the Iron Banner weapon or armor piece you choose, including tiered gear from Edge of Fate, Ash & Iron and Renegades. Unused engrams carry over to the next Iron Banner, except after the last one of the season.

How does the hourly farm or buying by wins work?
You buy hours (2 to 12) or wins (10 or 20), and a pro plays Iron Banner on your account for exactly that. Every engram, Iron Cipher, weapon, armor piece and Event Rank point earned in that time stays on your account. Every hour is billed at the same rate, so 12 hours costs 4 times what 3 hours costs.
Do I need a quest or DLC to play Iron Banner?
No DLC: Iron Banner is open to all players. Finish "A Guardian Rises" and "Light Reforged", then speak to Lord Saladin. The intro quest Testament of Strength (play a match, claim the first track reward, finish a daily challenge, speak to Saladin) is done free inside every package.
Can I order outside the Iron Banner week?
Yes. Order any time and pick "Custom time (flexible)" as the start: the order is scheduled into the next Iron Banner, November 17 to 24, then December 15 to 22. Iron Banner work runs while the event is live, so your pro starts on the 1st day of the next event week.
