Since Heresy the Lighthouse opens at seven wins regardless of losses, but the cosmetics are still gated behind win STREAKS — the Ghost Shell rides a progress-point track that starts at a one-win streak, the Sparrow needs a five-win streak, and the armour glows only appear at five, six and seven consecutive wins. That is a different, harder problem than “win seven games”, and it is why this is our PvP pilots' work rather than a farm. Includes: Trials Ghost + Sparrow + Ship.

What cosmetics can you farm in Destiny 2?
Farmable cosmetics include: exotic ships, sparrows, and ghost shells from raids, dungeons, and Trials of Osiris. Emblems from flawless raids, solo dungeon completions, and triumph achievements. Shaders from specific activities (Jadestone from Gambit, Iron Countershade from Iron Banner, raid shaders). Mementos from Trials, Gambit, and Nightfalls. Season Pass cosmetics (ornaments, emotes, finishers). Transmog (Armor Synthesis) materials.
How does the Eververse store work?
Eververse sells cosmetics for Silver (premium currency, ~$1 per 100) and Bright Dust (free, earned from seasonal challenges and activities). The store rotates weekly on Tuesdays with featured and Bright Dust items. Most Eververse items are cosmetic-only with no gameplay advantage. Some items are Eververse-exclusive and cannot be earned in-game.
What is Transmog / Armor Synthesis?
Armor Synthesis (transmog) converts any collected armor appearance into a universal ornament. Process: earn Synthstrand from activities → convert to Synthcord at Ada-1 → weave into Synthweave at the loom. Each Synthweave unlocks one ornament. Limit: 10 Synthweave per class per season. Paid option: 300 Silver ($3) per Armor Synthesis template bypasses the grind.
What are the rarest cosmetics, and how are Trials cosmetics actually earned?
Trials is the rarest tier, and the mechanic is often misdescribed: the cosmetics hang off your WIN STREAK, not your total wins. Community and moderator emblems cannot be earned by anyone and we will not claim otherwise. Since the Heresy changes you reach the Lighthouse with seven wins on a Lighthouse Passage regardless of losses. The Ghost Shell accumulates progress points from a one-win streak; the Sparrow, the Trials Memento, the weekly shader from the knockout list and the Light for the Lost / Flawless Empyrean / Sunward Ordeal emblems sit on the five-win-streak tier; the armour glows unlock at five (yellow), six (white) and seven (red) consecutive wins. So “going Flawless” is still the hard version of the task even though it is no longer the entry requirement. Outside Trials the scarce items are flawless raid emblems, solo-flawless dungeon emblems, and Iron Banner’s Iron Countershade shader.
Why is one emblem $40 and another $199?
Because they are different amounts of work and we price each one to its own page rather than averaging them into a single “any cosmetic” number. A solo-flawless dungeon emblem is $40 — one no-death solo run. A flawless raid emblem is $100 — the same standard with five other people who each have to survive too. Umbral Echelon and Lighthouse Keeper are $199. Dazzling Iridescence is $59 and has sold three times at exactly that. If an item’s own page on our site is cheaper than this page’s $20 minimum order — the Renunciation exotic ship at $13, for instance — buy it there; you will pay less than we can charge here.
How do exotic ornaments work?
Exotic ornaments change the appearance of a specific exotic weapon or armor piece. Most are sold through Eververse for Silver (600–700 Silver per weapon ornament, 600–1500 per armor ornament set). Some are available for Bright Dust during rotation weeks. Season Pass includes 1–2 exotic ornaments per season. Ornaments are permanent account unlocks.
What cosmetics are in the Season Pass?
Each Season Pass (included with expansion) has 100 ranks of rewards. Cosmetic rewards typically include: 1 exotic ornament set (armor), 1–2 exotic weapon ornaments, 3+ emotes, 1 finisher, 2–3 shaders, 1 exotic ghost shell, 1 transmat effect, and an exotic emblem at rank 100. Free track has fewer cosmetics; premium track has the full set.
What are Mementos?
Mementos are rare cosmetic crafting materials that add unique shaders and kill trackers to crafted weapons. Sources: Trials Memento (Flawless chest), Gambit Memento (Gambit wins), Nightfall Memento (GM completions), Guardian Games Memento (event). Each Memento applies a unique visual effect and gold kill counter to one crafted weapon.
How long does cosmetic farming take?
Shaders and sparrows from a named source: 2–3 hours. Legacy armour sets: 2–3 hours per class (they do not carry across characters). Solo-flawless dungeon emblems: about 4 hours each, but a single death restarts the run, so the variance is real. Flawless raid emblems: ~10 hours, because five other people also have to survive. Trials cosmetics: roughly 10 hours across multiple weekends — Trials only runs Friday reset to Tuesday reset and the streak rewards are weekly, so no amount of money compresses it into one sitting. Transmog (10 Synthweave, one class): ~5 hours. Event sets exist only while the event is live.
