A free Horde combo on 4 November
Blizzard added 6 race and class combos to Forever and gave this 1 its own segment on stage. This combo unlocks on a normal subscription with no race pack. The only paid race in Forever is the Skyborne, and it cannot be a
Paladin.
Human and
Dwarf Paladins stay on the
Alliance, so 3 races can play the class at launch.

Blizzard frames the combo as a struggle. When Forever begins, the other
Forsaken deeply mistrust their
Paladins: the only Paladins they know are the Scarlet Crusade, who hunt the undead. Channeling the Light is close to maddening for an undead body, and some raised Paladins lash out until they are put down. Your character has to win acceptance from the Forsaken, and from Sylvanas.
Your Undead Paladin at 60 for the charger and the raids
Your booster plays the Horde route by remote control on your own PC, or on a dedicated PC behind a residential IP in your region. Cancel before the 1st session for a full refund.

WoW Forever Power Leveling & Gearing
The story starts at Bandarion Keep
The
Forsaken
Paladin story rolls straight out of the new Warcraft III: Reforged campaign, Forsaken Kingdom, which follows the Forsaken finding their footing while the Scourge and the Scarlet Crusade loom. Blizzard says there is direct connective tissue between that campaign and Forever, and it is keeping the details for the game.
Bandarion Keep is a new location in the north-west of
Tirisfal Glades, an area that was unreachable in Classic, now called the
Whispering Wood.
Forsaken
Paladins are directed there around level 10 and receive most of their class
quests from the keep. The rest of the route is the ordinary
Horde path, so a Forsaken Paladin levels with the other Forsaken and meets the keep again for each class quest.
Forever sits after the Third War and before the classic
raids open, which is why the Scarlet Crusade is still the face of the Light in
Tirisfal. The Skyborne have their own new start on
Zephras Isle;
Forsaken
Paladins do not go there.
Undead racials for a Paladin
Every race in Forever has 2 active and 2 passive racials, tuned to a similar budget of offensive power while each race keeps its signature utility. Blizzard detailed the
Undead set because of this combo, and it called
Cannibalize fantastic for
Paladins.
The mana is the point.
Cannibalize regenerates 7% of your health and 7% of your mana every 2 seconds for 10 seconds, on a cooldown of 2 minutes, from a humanoid or undead corpse within 5 yards. A Protection
Paladin refills between pulls, a Holy Paladin refills between fights, and no
Alliance race has an equivalent.
Will of the Forsaken on a cooldown of 2 minutes still clears charm, fear and sleep. The immunity window is gone, so it is a break, and Divine Shield stays the emergency button.
Touch of the Grave gives every attack and spell a 5% chance to drain health from the target, up to 5% of your maximum health. A Retribution
Paladin rolls it on every swing and every seal proc.
Underwater Breathing lasts 300% longer than a normal breath bar.
The Paladin kit every Forsaken gets
The
Undead half of the combo is the Forsaken racial kit.
Will of the Forsaken lets a Forsaken
Paladin break Charm, Fear and Sleep.
Cannibalize restores 35% of your Health and Mana over time from a corpse.
Touch of the Grave and
Underwater Breathing are the 2 passives.
The
Paladin half is the class kit every Paladin race gets: Holy Strike at level 6, seals that survive Judgment, and Consecration baseline at 20. Seal of Fury is the tank seal, and while it is active Judgment taunts at 10 yards. Each tree adds named
talents, such as Light's Vigil, Swift Judgment and Twist of Light. A Paladin still has no interrupt and no slow.
Your race adds 3 things around the rotation: a fear break in a
dungeon, mana from
Cannibalize between packs, and a small health drain from
Touch of the Grave. The class buttons do not change by race.

The epic charger at 60
Blizzard's words on stage: no
Paladin is a true Paladin without a trusty steed, and the Paladins of Bandarion Keep are no exception.
Forsaken Paladins get their own epic
mount
quest at
level 60.
Alliance Paladins claim their charger in the name of Redemption; the Forsaken ride in the name of Retribution.

Blizzard published 2 looks for it: a skeletal horse in skull-and-
gold barding and a skull-helmed ram in gold plate. The quest name, the item and the exact steps are still Blizzard's to publish.
Riding itself changed for everyone. Forever moves the mount cost into the riding skill, so a mount is granted when you learn to ride. Blizzard has not published the gold cost yet. There is no flying, and the pre-purchase mounts also need the riding skill bought in game.
The charger quest opens at 60. A
Forsaken
Paladin gets there after about 150 hours of play on the quest-led route.

Each calendar ends at level 60, where the
Forsaken charger quest begins.
Which spec for a Forsaken Paladin
Blizzard has published no damage or healing numbers, so this is reasoning from the kit and the racials, with no tier list.
Protection. The
Undead racials fit the tank best. Seal of Fury already pays mana back through absorbs and blocks, and
Cannibalize tops the pool between pulls. A 10-yard taunt with Swift Judgment behind it is the 1st real
Paladin tank path in a Classic-style game.
Retribution.
Touch of the Grave rolls on every attack and spell, and a seal-twisting
Paladin makes a lot of them. The charger
quest is named Retribution, but that is a quest title, and the
mount is for every
Forsaken Paladin.
Holy. Blizzard calls the
Paladin the best single-target healer in the game with the longest mana.
Cannibalize between fights and Reverence during them stretch that further, and Light's Vigil adds the party heal Classic never had.
The class tier list holds our provisional placements for all 9 classes, re-checked on the beta.

60 by 9 December: the Horde route
Paladin levels at the average pace of the 9 classes, on the Classic reference. Forever gives the 1st hour a rotation: Holy Strike at 6, Consecration at 20. 1 to 60 is about 150 hours of play on a
quest-led route, because the XP curve is unchanged,
dungeon mob XP is reduced and 1st-run dungeon quests pay more.
The
Forsaken route starts in
Tirisfal, with the class quests at Bandarion Keep from level 10.
Ruins of Lordaeron is 15 to 20, Excavation Site 24 to 29 and the City of Dalaran 28 to 33. In the
Riverglades, 150+ quests cover the mid 30s to the mid 40s, and Krol'dok Stronghold is the dungeon for 40 to 45. Alcaz Prison is 48 to 53,
Hyjal and Blackmaw Hold close it at 55 to 60. 1 clear of each dungeon pays its quest XP and blue gear.
The date is 9 December 2026, when
Barrow Deeps,
Hyjal Summit and
Onyxia's Lair open. A booster on your character reaches 60 with weeks left for dungeon blues before the 1st pull. You can pre-order a leveling boost for your
Forsaken
Paladin before launch.
Undead Paladin in the leveling builder
Bandarion Keep and each
dungeon clear are part of the Undead Paladin in the leveling builder. It levels your
Forsaken
Paladin from 1 to 60 on the same route as every leveling order, with class and race locked in before the 1st session.
Cancel before that session and the refund is full. The hours get checked again on the beta, and once placed, a pre-order keeps its price.
The spec question goes to coaching. Coaching is $29 an hour, and a Pro walks you through Seal of Fury threat or the Twist of Light rotation on the kit Blizzard published. At 60, the charger
quest is a separate booking as a custom order.
From the source
Official“Will of the Forsaken still removes Charm, Fear, and Sleep, but no longer grants immunity to those effects. Cannibalize now restores Mana as well as Health, increasing its usefulness for mana-using classes such as Mages, Warlocks, Paladins, and Priests.”
