MW4 Warzone Map & Integration

The Short Answer: Season 1 — Day Unpublished

S1Day unpublished

HajinDMZ + later BR

Modern Warfare 4 Official announcement copy: beginning in Season 1, Warzone integrates MW4 content and seasonal progression. Season 1 is “shortly after” 23 October 2026. The exact calendar day is unpublished. 23 October itself is the premium launch — Campaign, Multiplayer, DMZ — not the Warzone integration clock.

Shops repeating a Season 1 calendar day without an Infinity Ward URL are not a source this page will cite. Date page for the premium game: release date.

Reserve a Warzone product on the hub or on the Warzone nuke page if Champion’s Quest is the goal — fulfilment starts when Season 1 is actually in the client. Cancel for a full refund any time before the session starts.

Zodiac and Hajin

Zodiac — new Resurgence map (Beenox). Playable in MW4’s second public test weekend (28 August–1 September 2026). It is not a 6v6 map and not a DMZ map.

Hajin — DMZ map at launch that is also coming to Battle Royale in Season 1. Ground War Combat Outpost sat on Hajin in the test (Imjin Farmland, Wolves Stadium). Those slices are Ground War, not extra BR maps we will invent.

A new big Battle Royale map name beyond Hajin’s BR arrival: unpublished on the pages fetched 13 September 2026. Do not reprint an older Warzone map as if it were the MW4 Season 1 drop.

The twelve core 6v6 maps stay in the premium game: 2026 maps. DMZ: DMZ guide.

Last-Gen Warzone Ends at Season 1

Official announcement: Warzone on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One is unplayable starting Season 1. New downloads stopped 4 June 2026. The last-gen store listing was removed 25 June 2026.

MW4 itself is not on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. If your only box is last-gen, you do not get the premium game on 23 October and you lose Warzone when Season 1 opens. That is two official sentences, not a sales scare.

Current-gen and PC still need an Activision account (phone number may be required). PC needs TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. Xbox Play Anywhere unlocks Series and Xbox on PC from one digital purchase — that is same-purchase, not a last-gen carve-out.

Warzone Camos and the Warzone Nuke

Official lock: a Camo Track in Warzone; three mastery camos in this mode; nine total across MP / DMZ / Warzone. As seen in the beta: Parallax → Damascus Reforged → Empyros. Community comments on 21 August 2026 already argued about Damascus sitting on Warzone rather than 6v6. Official written pages do not reprint those names. Challenge counts are unpublished. Nine-track camo guide.

Vault cosmetics that wait for Warzone Season 01: Hostile Alliance and Special Forces operator packs; Signature weapon blueprints. BlackCell (1,100 CoD Points, 20 tier skips, 100+ Battle Pass rewards) grants when the Season 1 Battle Pass is in-game — not as a 23 October Warzone unlock unless that pass is already live.

Champion’s Quest — the Warzone nuke people mean — is series-standard and unpublished as an MW4 step list. Nuke guide. Basic shelf row: Warzone nuke ($160 when the catalogue row resolves).

What Season 1 Is Not

Season 1 is not a printed Ranked Play date. Ranked is unpublished as an MW4 article. Ranked guide.

Season 1 is not Campaign Early Access (16 October) and not the premium 23 October launch. You can play Campaign / MP / DMZ for days or weeks before Warzone integration if Season 1 lands later — “shortly after” is not a day.

Zombies is not an MW4 Season 1 mode on the pages fetched. Official MW4 pillars stay Campaign / MP / DMZ.

August patch notes discussed Warzone audio / movement / pacing work and MP weekend adds (Hijack, Combat Outpost, Lithium, Zodiac). That is not a Season 1 feature list and not a Champion’s Quest article.

How to Prepare Without a Date

Own MW4 on a current-gen or PC store if you want the premium guns and camos in the integration. Play Hajin in DMZ on 23 October if you want the map before it is also Battle Royale. Play Zodiac only if Resurgence is in the client — it was in the second public weekend; a launch-day Resurgence promise is unpublished beyond that test.

RICOCHET is live in MW4. We do not write “zero bans.” Hand-played or piloted, VPN-matched; if a suspension is on us we re-do or refund.

Reserve Warzone work on the MW4 hub or a named Warzone row. Delivery starts when Season 1 opens. Cancel for a full refund any time before the session starts.
