How to Get Empyros Camo in Warzone (Season 1)

Empyros is the 3rd and last Warzone mastery camo of the Modern Warfare 4 year. You get it by placing in the top 5 with at least 6 kills, 75 times.

That challenge opens only after the 2 camos before it. The Parallax challenge is 5 kills in a match, 300 times. The Damascus Reforged challenge is 2 kills without plating, 200 times.

Parallax itself opens after Divergence, the end of the shared MW4 camo ladder.

Warzone moved to MW4 with Season 1 on 6 November. The Warzone mastery track went live the same day.

The Warzone track counts with any weapon or mix of weapons.

A PRO can finish the whole Warzone track on your account, Empyros included.

The 3 Warzone mastery camos unlock in a fixed order. Each camo you finish unlocks the challenge after it.

Each mode has its own mastery camos. Multiplayer and DMZ have 3 each.

Every camo on the shared ladder before them, Divergence included, counts in all 3 modes.

The shared ladder is the long part of the grind. Multiplayer, DMZ and Warzone share it, so progress from any mode counts.

MW4 players who already earned Divergence start Warzone with Parallax open.

1. Parallax: land where the fights are. Each match needs 5 kills, so a hot drop gets you there faster.
2. Damascus Reforged: count kills between plates. The challenge asks for 2 kills without plating, 200 times.
3. Empyros: kills and placement in 1 match. You need at least 6 kills and a top 5 finish in the same game.
4. Squad up for Empyros. A full squad keeps you alive deeper into the circle while you take fights.

Casual Battle Royale and Casual Resurgence are in the playlist from 6 November. Whether Casual matches count toward mastery is not announced yet.
