At 60 the beta read is Cat damage plus Bear stamina. Exact energy and mitigation stay off this page until Blizzard posts them.
Shadowmeld and War Stomp sit on the race board above. Spend them from racials, never from the talent tree.
Leather honor through Cat brackets
Feral honor leather wants agi for Cat and stamina for Bear. Early quest greens only plug holes.
Bracket start. Quest leather for empty slots. Early Cat leather.
Climb weeks. Push mid ranks then high ranks on the live PvP book. Islands plus BGs. Rank 14 offer.
After raids open. Take raid leather only when Cat or Bear stats clearly win. Raid carries.
