Zephras Isle, so the 2 Zephras Isle trainers are their 1st stop.
Expert Fishing: 150 to 225
Trainers stop at 150. Expert
Fishing comes from a book called
Expert Fishing - The Bass and You.
Old Man Heming sells the book in Booty Bay,
Stranglethorn Vale.
After you read it, go to
Dustwallow Marsh. The Artisan
quest starts there, so you fish to 225 where the next step begins.
Stranglethorn Vale works too.
Put a lure on your pole in these zones. Fish slip away more often until your skill catches up.

Artisan Fishing: Nat Pagle, Angler Extreme
Artisan
Fishing opens skill 225 to 300. It is the reward of the
quest Nat Pagle, Angler Extreme.
Nat Pagle gives the quest in
Dustwallow Marsh. You need character level 35 and
Fishing 225.
He asks for 4 quest fish. Each one lives in its own zone:
| Quest fish | Zone |
|---|---|
Keep a lure on your pole while you fish for them.
Fishing 225 to 300: Tanaris and lures
Train Artisan
Fishing after the
quest. Then head to
Tanaris and fish until 300.
Fish get away often in
Tanaris without a lure. Keep a lure on your pole the whole way.
