Does MW4 have Zombies?
Modern Warfare 4 has no Zombies mode. Infinity Ward built it around 3 modes: Campaign, Multiplayer and DMZ.
Season 1 went live on 6 November at midnight ET. It brought new Multiplayer maps and modes, the X01 location in DMZ, and Warzone on Modern Warfare 4. It adds no Zombies mode.
Zombies belongs to Treyarch’s Black Ops games. The latest is Black Ops 7, with 6 round-based maps and 8 Survival maps.

DMZ fills the slot Zombies holds in Black Ops games. It is a PvPvE extraction mode with AI enemies, other players and its own progression.
You deploy solo or with a squad, fight through the zone and extract with what you found.

MW4 Season 1: what arrived on 6 November
Season 1 went live at midnight ET on 6 November, 9 PM PT on 5 November.
DMZ opened X01, a weapons facility seized by enemy forces. It is a new DMZ location with new enemies, Orders and gear.
X01 also brings Threat Briefing, where you take on the biggest DMZ bosses, and Resupply Runs.

Warzone moved onto Modern Warfare 4 with Hajin and Zodiac. Verdansk and Rebirth Island come back later in the season.

Black Ops 7 launched on 14 November 2025 with round-based Zombies. Its 6 round-based maps arrived season by season.

The Zombies grinds waiting in Black Ops 7
Black Ops 7 progress stays in Black Ops 7. Its camos stay out of the new Warzone.

Zombies and DMZ boosts: what a PRO plays
A Black Ops 7 Zombies order runs the Main Quest on the map you pick, with high rounds, on your account.
You also get 10,000 Military Rank XP and a Legendary or Ultra GobbleGum for each map.
On the Modern Warfare 4 side, a PRO can level your DMZ track up to Level 70.
