Diablo 4 Mythic Uniques in Season 15
Season 15, Season of Hell's Legacy, opened on 15 September 2026 with patch 3.2.1. The current patch is 3.2.4 from 28 October 2026. Blizzard has not dated Season 16 yet.
Since Season 14, Mythic is an item quality. Any Unique can drop as a Mythic Unique. You can also turn a Unique into a Mythic at the Horadric Cube, the Jeweler or the Blacksmith.
A Mythic Unique is always Ancestral. Its Unique power is 30% stronger than on the plain Unique. Every other affix rolls at its maximum value.
Mythic Uniques drop from Torment 1 upward. You can wear any number of Mythics that came from drops or caches. Only 1 item with the Crafted tag can be equipped at a time.

How to get Mythic Uniques: drops and Sparks
Every Tormented endgame boss can drop Mythic Uniques. A Lair boss drops the Mythics of its own Unique pool, so you can target the item you want.
Belial has the highest chance to drop Iconic Mythics of any boss.
Resplendent Sparks pay for the crafted routes. The Season Ranks give up to 10 Sparks this season. Salvaging a Mythic you do not use also gives Sparks.
A farming loop for 1 Mythic Unique
- Play on Torment 1 or higher.
- Look up the Lair boss whose loot table holds your Mythic.
- Collect that boss's keys and kill it in a Torment difficulty.
- Salvage the Mythics your build does not use into Sparks.
- Spend the Sparks at the Blacksmith or the Jeweler when the drop does not come.
How to craft Mythic Uniques in Diablo 4
Season 15 has 3 crafting stations for Mythic Uniques. The vendor shows the exact cost of each recipe in game.

The Horadric Cube upgrade, step by step
- Pick the Unique your build needs most.
- Get it to the affixes you want, then Temper and Masterwork it.
- Keep it modifiable. The recipe refuses an Unmodifiable item, and a Transfigure can make an item Unmodifiable.
- Put it in the Horadric Cube and run Upgrade Direct Item to Mythic.
- Equip it. It carries the Crafted tag, so it fills your 1 Crafted slot.
The Cube recipe costs more than the Blacksmith and the Jeweler. It is the only route with no random roll.
Mythic Unique Charms
Talisman Charms also come in Mythic quality. A Unique Charm can drop as a Mythic Unique Charm with a stronger Unique power. The Horadric Reroll changes a charm's base affixes and keeps its Mythic power.

Iconic Mythics are the 13 classic chase items of Diablo 4. They exist only at Mythic quality.
Every Tormented boss can drop an Iconic Mythic, and Belial has the best odds. The table names the Lair boss whose loot table carries each one.

The Blacksmith Iconic cache rolls only from these 13 items. It is the steady route once your Sparks add up.
Which Mythic Unique to craft and which to farm
Spend the Horadric Cube upgrade on the item your build cannot replace. Your 1 Crafted slot holds that item for the whole season.
Use drops and the 2 Blacksmith caches for every other Mythic. Those items carry no Crafted tag, so you can wear several of them.
