Gold vs Platinum — they are not the same wallet
Gold is the combat/drop currency: vendors, crafting, repairs, player-to-player listing fees. Platinum is Blizzard’s real-money shop currency (Battle Pass, cosmetics). As of August 30, 2026 the Battle.net Diablo shop does not sell a “gold pack.” An official Blizzard $/million gold rate = missing-evidence.
Why this page has no dollar-per-million table
Player-auction and boosting-shop “D4 gold” rows are third-party RMT. We will not date a stolen-account market as if it were Token math. If Blizzard ever ships an official gold bridge, that stamp goes here. Until then the honest answer is: farm it, or do not buy it from a stranger.
