Melted Heart of Selig is 1 of the 13 Iconic Mythics, the classic chase items of Diablo 4. Every class can wear it. Like every Mythic Unique, it drops Ancestral, with a 30% stronger Unique power and every other affix at its maximum roll.

How to get the Melted Heart of Selig: farm Duriel
- Reach Torment 1. Mythic Uniques start to drop there.
- Collect Greater Lair Keys. Duriel's hoard opens with a Greater Lair Key.
- Travel to the Gaping Crevasse in Kehjistan. Duriel, King of Maggots, waits there.
- Kill Duriel and open his hoard. His loot table holds the Melted Heart of Selig.
- Repeat until it drops. Salvage the Mythics you do not wear into Resplendent Sparks for the cache below.
Any Tormented boss can drop an Iconic Mythic. Belial has the best odds of any boss. Duriel stays the target, since Selig sits in his own loot table.

Craft it: the Blacksmith's Iconic cache
Season 15 added a Blacksmith cache that rolls only Iconic Mythics. It costs the same as the Mythic Cache, and you pay with Resplendent Sparks.

The cache picks 1 of 13 items at random. Farm Duriel while you have keys. Spend your Sparks on the cache when the keys run out. The vendor shows the exact Spark cost in game.

What the Melted Heart of Selig does
The amulet turns your Primary Resource into a shield. Damage you take hits your Primary Resource before your Life, and damage taken this way is drastically reduced.
