Destiny 2 Weekly Checklist (2026): What's Actually Worth Doing

Updated 2026-07-02 · 6 min read · by LFCarry PRO team

Every Tuesday reset opens the same question: what is actually worth your hours this week? Since the Monument of Triumph update made every raid and dungeon permanently available with weekly featured rotations, the answer changed - and most checklists you'll find are still written for a game that no longer exists. Here is the current-era priority list, straight from the PRO teams that clear this content hundreds of times a week.

How weekly priorities work in the Monument of Triumph era

Update 9.7.0 flattened the old seasonal treadmill. All raids and dungeons launch from the Raids and Dungeons node year-round, and a weekly featured rotation marks a subset of them for boosted, higher-tier rewards. Weapons climb five Gear Tiers, and Tier 5 unlocks enhanced perks - but a tier upgrade can never add a perk the drop didn't roll with, so targeted farming of the right roll is the whole game now.

That means your weekly hours split into three buckets: featured content (best tier-up loot density), pinnacle-style fixed weeklies (Trials on its weekends, Grandmasters), and evergreen chases (exotics, patterns, titles) that you slot into whatever time is left.

The priority list, ranked

PriorityActivityWhy
1Featured raid(s) of the weekHighest-tier drops and Adept-class rewards from challenge modes; the densest loot per hour in the game. Check the in-game node every Tuesday.
2Featured dungeon(s)Same tier boost, faster clears; dungeon exotics stay among the strongest in the sandbox.
3Trials of Osiris (weekends, except Iron Banner weeks)Adept weapons with the Tier 5 stat edge; the flawless chase is still the best PvP loot in the game. See our Trials carry services if your weekend group flaked.
4Grandmaster NightfallsAdept Nightfall weapons and high-value materials; brutal solo, routine with a coordinated fireteam - GM carries here.
5Pantheon 2.0 featured bossesThe permanent boss gauntlet rotates featured encounters weekly with challenge-tier rewards.
6Evergreen chasesExotic farms, god roll targets, seals and titles - whatever your build is missing.

What you can safely skip

Non-featured raid re-clears on characters that already looted them, most planetary busywork, and any farm for a weapon you'd replace at Tier 5 anyway. The era's biggest trap is grinding a mid roll to Tier 3 and realizing the perk you wanted was never on it - farm the roll first, then invest tiers.

If a week's featured lineup doesn't overlap with anything your builds need, bank the time: play Trials for the Adept pool, or knock out a title you've been putting off.

Doing it the fast way

Everything on this list is exactly what LFCarry PRO teams run all day: raid carries on the featured rotation, dungeon runs, weekend Trials flawless, and Grandmasters. Self-play means you're in the fireteam clearing it with them; piloted means it's done while you're at work. Either way the weekly checklist stops being a second job.
