Window: Tuesday, August 25 through Tuesday, September 1 at 10 AM PT (17:00 UTC). Kyber's weekly overview (published 18:17Z Aug 25, modified 07:52Z Aug 26) lists this week's Alert as The Arms Dealer.

• Strike: The Arms Dealer
• Weekly challenge: Ouster Engine (grenade launcher)
• Bonus Focus: D.F.A. (hand cannon)
• Grade gate: B+ for the weekly challenge weapon
• Matchmaking: off on the Alert node

Bungie does not publish a full forward calendar — each Tuesday reveals the next Alert. Recent confirmed weeks:

• Aug 25 – Sep 1 (current): The Arms Dealer — Ouster Engine / D.F.A. (Kyber Aug 25–26)
• Aug 18–25: Exodus Crash — The Palindrome / The Hothead (Kyber and Blueberries)
• Aug 11–18: Sunless Cell — D.F.A. / Salvager's Salvo

Standalone GM Nightfalls are gone. Since Renegades / Portal, strike-style endgame lives in Fireteam Ops, and the weekly featured run is the Grandmaster Vanguard Alert — Seasonal Hub → Vanguard Alerts. It rotates weekly, runs harder than standard Grandmaster Ops, and matchmaking is disabled on the Alert node.

• Join-in-progress disabled — full fireteam from orbit

Complete the Grandmaster Alert at a B grade or better for the weekly challenge payout:

• Ouster Engine — featured challenge grenade launcher
• D.F.A. — Bonus Focus hand cannon
• Enhancement Prisms and Ascendant Shards
• Fireteam Ops engrams scaled to your final grade, plus bonus XP

The first weekly clear counts for the challenge weapon; repeat runs can still drop featured loot at a reduced rate.
