How to Complete Stratholme in WoW Forever: Living and Undead Sides, Bosses and the Deathcharger

Stratholme is the plagued city of Eastern Plaguelands, a dungeon for levels 58 to 60. It has 2 sides: the Living side of the Scarlet Crusade and the Undead side of the Scourge.

Players call it Strat. The Main Gate leads into the Living side, and the Service Gate leads into the Undead side.

Here is the usual way through both sides:

1. Take the quests at Light's Hope Chapel and the city gates. Dead Man's Plea from Anthion Harmon starts the timed Baron run.
2. Clear the Living side. Fight through the Scarlet Bastion to Grand Crusader Dathrohan, who turns into the demon Balnazzar.
3. Get the Key to the City. Magistrate Barthilas drops it, and it opens the Service Gate and the gates inside.
4. Clear the 3 ziggurats. Kill Nerub'enkan, Baroness Anastari and Maleki the Pallid, and the Acolytes inside each tower.
5. Kill Ramstein the Gorger, then Baron Rivendare. The Baron can drop Deathcharger's Reins.

A full group of 4 of our level-60 Pros can clear Stratholme with you, or 1 of them can play your character in the group.

Both sides are 1 instance. The Main Gate opens on the Living side, the Service Gate on the Undead side, and the 2 halves connect inside.

The Living side runs through the streets to the Scarlet Bastion. Its last boss is Grand Crusader Dathrohan, the demon Balnazzar in disguise.

The Undead side runs past 3 ziggurats to Slaughter Square and the Slaughter House, where Baron Rivendare waits.

Cannon Master Willey	Calls Crimson Riflemen to the fight in his armory. Kill or crowd-control them.
Archivist Galford	Fights in his library with Fire Nova. Spread out so the fire hits fewer players.
Balnazzar	Grand Crusader Dathrohan, then the demon when his disguise drops.
Postmaster Malown	Summoned by opening the postboxes with the keys the Stratholme Courier drops.
Skul and Hearthsinger Forresten	Rares that spawn on some runs.

Undead side

Magistrate Barthilas	Drops the Key to the City every time.
Nerub'enkan, Baroness Anastari, Maleki the Pallid	The 3 ziggurat bosses. Anastari possesses a player, who must be brought to half health to break it, and silences casters close to her.
Ramstein the Gorger	Comes out once the abominations of Slaughter Square are dead. His Knockout throws a player back and stuns him.
Baron Rivendare	The last boss. Mortal Strike cuts the healing on the tank, and Unholy Aura hits everyone close to him.
Stonespine	A rare spawn of the Undead side.

After Ramstein, a wave of Mindless Undead and the Black Guards come out before the Baron. Keep cooldowns for that wave and for the Baron.

Dead Man's Plea is a level 60 quest from Anthion Harmon, open from level 58. Baron Rivendare holds Ysida Harmon prisoner.

Once your group passes the gate into the Undead side, the Baron's Ultimatum starts: 45 minutes to kill him and save Ysida.

45 minutes is enough only for a group that plans its route and does not wipe. Clear the ziggurats in order and skip the packs you do not need.

Baron Rivendare can drop Deathcharger's Reins, the undead horse mount. It is a rare drop, so most riders farm the Baron many times.

The Baron also drops the leg piece of each of the 9 class dungeon sets, which makes Stratholme a pre-raid stop for every class.
