V26 Act 5 started with Riot patch 13.04 on 18 August 2026. Abyss entered Competitive. Breeze left. The sibling Valorant tier list tracks the Act 5 agent ladder.
Season 2026 still resets ranks 2 times a year. Act 5 is a new act population. Do not line raw % against Act 4 without saying they are different samples.
RR still comes from win/loss, round diff, a performance bonus, and MMR convergence. Most players need about 20 to 40 games for rank to settle toward MMR.
