| Rank | % of players | Cumulative top % |
|---|---|---|
| Iron | 4.85% | Top 100.00% |

| Silver | 21.01% | Top 78.90% |
| Gold | 21.92% | Top 57.89% |
| Platinum | 17.13% | Top 35.97% |
| Diamond | 11.17% | Top 18.84% |
| Ascendant | 6.23% | Top 7.67% |
| Immortal | 1.39% | Top 1.44% |
| Radiant | 0.05% | Top 0.05% |
Largest groups: Gold 21.92% · Silver 21.01% · Platinum 17.13%. Hottest division on vstats = Gold 1 (8.66%).
Cross-check (valking.gg, Aug 29): Iron 6.4 · Bronze 18.8 · Silver 21.8 · Gold 22.1 · Plat 15.8 · Diamond 10.2 · Ascendant 4.1 · Immortal 0.7 · Radiant ~0.0. Same shape — Gold mound, Immortal <1%. Disagreements of ~1–3pp are printed, not averaged.
Previous act (vstats Act 4, Jul 15): Iron 6.51 · Bronze 21.08 · Silver 22.32 · Gold 20.94 · Plat 14.41 · Diamond 9.47 · Ascendant 4.41 · Immortal 0.79 · Radiant 0.05. Act 5 compressed Iron/Bronze and grew Gold/Plat — a different population after the 18 Aug reset, not a mid-act drift of the same ladder.
What Rank Is Top 10% / 5% / 1% / 0.1%?
Quick read off the vstats Act 5 divisions (PC, all regions, Aug 30 — not RR leaderboard cutoffs):
| Percentile | Rank floor (vstats Act 5) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Top 10% | Diamond 3+ | D3+ cumulative = 10.23% (2.56+3.17+1.98+1.08+1.02+0.22+0.15+0.05) |
| Top 5% | inside Ascendant 1 | A1+ = 7.67%; A2+ = 4.50% |
| Top 1% | Immortal 1+ | Im1+ = 1.44% |
| Top 0.1% | Immortal 3 / Radiant | Imm3+ ≈ 0.20%; Radiant = 0.05% |
If your goal is “prove I’m top 1%,” you need Immortal — Ascendant 3 is still only top 2.52% (A3+ = 1.08+1.02+0.22+0.15+0.05).
Average Valorant Rank — Why the Median Sits in Silver/Gold
Median (vstats Act 5, Aug 30): Gold 1. Iron+Bronze+Silver = 4.85+16.25+21.01 = 42.11% of the ladder. Gold 1 is 8.66%, so the 50th percentile sits inside Gold 1 (42.11 + 8.66 = 50.77).
valking.gg (Aug 29) also reports median Gold I. Treat the answer as Gold 1 this act, not last act's Silver 3 — the 18 Aug reset rebuilt the population.
Why not Immortal fantasies? ~60% of players are Bronze–Gold combined (16.25+21.01+21.92 = 59.18%). Diamond+ is 18.84%; Ascendant+ 7.67%; Immortal+ 1.44%.
Is Gold good? Yes — you are at the median. Platinum is roughly top 36%; Diamond is top 19%.
How Ranked Works in V26 Act 5 (Short)
Act window: V26 Act 5 started with Riot patch 13.04 (August 18, 2026) — Abyss in Competitive, Breeze out. Sibling Valorant tier list already tracks the Act 5 agent ladder.
Reset policy: Season 2026 still resets ranks twice a year. Act 5 is a new act population — do not compare raw % to Act 4 without saying they are different samples.
RR still driven by: win/loss, round diff, performance bonus, and MMR convergence. ~20–40 games to converge rank toward MMR for most players.
Battle Pass and store spend is the Valorant Points pack prices — same game only.
