What persist keeps, and what Kord Breach resets
Before 1.0, a wipe deleted quest progress. After 1.0 the permanent profile keeps trader standing, hideout, and completed quests. The last full persist wipe landed on 15 November 2025.
Patch 1.1.0.0 on 3 August 2026 opened Season 1
Kord Breach. A seasonal character lives on separate servers. That book resets every 4 to 6 months with the next season. PvP Zone and PvE Zone characters stay on the persist book.
The live client on 21 September 2026 is patch 1.1.5.1 (shipped 15 September 2026). That patch added Leagues for seasonal characters only. Experience from tasks counts toward the weekly League board. Arena experience does not.
Side tasks now unlock in groups of 2 to 4 at each trader Loyalty Level. Sales-volume for the next Loyalty Level is gone. Reputation plus character level plus the tasks at that tier climb the trader.
On eliminate-Scavs lines, only regular Scavs, Sniper Scavs, and Player Scavs count. Scav bosses, Raiders, and Rogues dropped off those counters.
A squad can advance marked Story, Side, and Operational objectives. The Tarkov Shooter and The Punisher stay solo.
Search already lands how-to questions on the shop listing /eft/quests. That path is a category. It has no type=basic SKU and no printed dollar. This page is the judgment those queries asked for.
Kappa, FIR LEDX, Master of ULTRA
3 lines still change the persist account.
Kappa.
Fence's Collector quest still hands the Kappa container. Completing Collector now unlocks the achievement Dawn of a New Era. The Kappa Path achievement closed on 3 August 2026. Players who already earned Kappa Path keep it on the in-game profile. It no longer shows on Steam.
Reprints that still list 257 quests and level 45 as live Kappa gates predate 1.1.0.0. Open the Collector card in your own log. Some live task lists still mark A Shooter Born in Heaven, The Tarkov Shooter chain, Chemical, Sew it Good, and Postman Pat as Required for Kappa. A Season 1 note compresses the path to Loyalty Level 4 on the main traders, a Fence reputation gate, and level 40. The live card on your character is the list that counts.
FIR medicals (
LEDX). Open the title in your quest log. Counts move when a quest is rewritten.
| Quest | Level | LEDX | Found in Raid |

| Private Clinic | 35 | 1 | Yes |

Crisis, Health Care Privacy Part 6, and Medstation 3 sit on every live list opened today. Private Clinic, Pets Won't Need It, and 1st in Line sit on the live LEDX item page. Keep a Found-in-Raid copy if Crisis is still open. Lightkeeper Payback rewards 3 Found-in-Raid LEDX on completion.
Therapist owns Crisis and the Privacy chain. A PRO can run those quests on your account at /eft/therapist-quests for $5.
The Interchange door that feeds those hunts is ULTRA medical storage key at $7.
Master of
ULTRA. This is an achievement: eliminate
Killa 100 times as a PMC. Partial progress is lost on a profile reset. Open the achievement text for whether a named Killa variant such as Vengeful Killa counts. The sibling walkthrough lives on Master of ULTRA.
If Preliminary Survey is on your book, open that title in the live list. A reprinted walkthrough without a 2026 date is a snapshot.
Prestige 2 and above ask for named tasks. The task, level and rouble gates for each level are in Tarkov Prestige requirements.
The Interchange key, Therapist, Kappa, or a farmed LEDX
/eft/quests is a listing. Cards below are live catalog defaults from 21 September 2026.

A seasonal title sits on a reset clock
A quest on a Kord Breach seasonal character sits on the 4-to-6-month reset. The same title on the persist profile stays until the next full wipe.
Seasonal rewards that stay locked at the end of Kord Breach become unobtainable. Rewards already unlocked stay on the account across PvP Zone, PvE Zone, and PvP Season.
LFCarry asks which character you are on because Kappa credit, FIR LEDX, and Master of ULTRA progress do not automatically copy from the seasonal book onto persist.
The guaranteed Kappa row on persist is /eft/kappa-guaranteed at $2199.
257 and level 45 are a pre-1.1 snapshot
Older reprints still circulate 257 quests and level 45 as Kappa gates. Those figures predate 1.1.0.0. This page does not reprint them as current.
Open the in-game quest list or the dated table on the Kappa guide. A page that lists every quest by name without a 2026 extract date is a snapshot. Your live log is the book.
The 1.1 quest rework also moved some trader offers and hideout crafts onto different task rewards. A previously unlocked offer can lock again until the new required task is done.
