Master of ULTRA asks you to eliminate 
Killa 100 times while you play as a PMC. The attached reward is the Adik tracksuit. Patch 1.1.0.0 made that clothing permanently unlocked on the account the moment the achievement fires. You do not buy it again after a reset, Prestige, or a seasonal character.
Jaeger still has The Huntsman Path - Sellout and The Huntsman Path - Relentless. Those notes want 1 Killa kill each. They sit next to this grind. They do not replace the 100-kill counter.
The live product page /eft/master-of-ultra is the 100-kill track. Default hash #s1=1&s2=100 matches that count. A charge on that slider is a separate case from the achievement rule.
Where Killa spawns
Killa is a Scav boss on Interchange and Terminal.
- Interchange: IDEA, OLI, and Goshan inside the ULTRA mall. He also walks the center stores on floor 1 and floor 2.
- Terminal: the medium container-ship berths. He is one of 5 bosses that can appear in a given Terminal raid.
He does not appear in every raid. Battlestate has not published a current spawn rate after 1.1.0.0. A page that still prints 75% and Interchange only is behind the Terminal row.
He pushes hard, throws smoke and frags, and will follow you a long way off his patrol. Bring high-pen ammo: 
5.45 BS, 
5.56 M995, or 7.62x51. His 
6B13 M is class 5. The 
Maska-1SCh faceshield is class 6. Soft rounds lose that trade.
100 Killa, or the Jaeger notes next to it
The slider is the achievement track. Jaeger and Ragman sit on the same mall. The card price is the product page default.

100 Killa as a PMC. Default hash is 1 to 100. A PRO runs the Interchange and Terminal hunts on your account.

Sellout and Relentless want 1 Killa each. Those notes sit next to the 100-kill counter.
RagmanRagman Quests: pick the quest
Ragman lives on the same ULTRA mall Killa walks. His loyalty unlocks the clothing sold on that mall.
Does a wipe delete the 47 you already have?
Achievements persist across profile resets and Prestige, including the attached rewards. Partial progress is lost. 100/100 stays. 47/100 does not survive a reset.
The 1.0 permanent profile has not had a scheduled wipe since 15 November 2025. A seasonal KORD BREACH character is a different clock. See the wipe date page.
Seasonal achievements added in 1.1.0.0 can only be earned on a seasonal character. Master of ULTRA is a standing achievement. It is available on the main PMC.
Vengeful Killa is a different boss
Vengeful Killa lives in The Labyrinth. He appears after Shadow of Tagilla dies. He has 960 HP. Regular Killa has 890 HP.
The 100-kill row names regular Killa and excludes the Labyrinth variant. A Labyrinth tap does not move Master of ULTRA. Keep the 2 counters apart.
How to run the 100
Queue Interchange when you want density. IDEA, OLI, and Goshan are the 3 stores that own most of his time. Terminal is a 2nd map when you already raid the port. Expect empty raids there. He is one of 5 bosses on that berth.
Track the counter in the achievements menu after every confirmed kill. Stop a 47-kill character before a profile reset. The Adik tracksuit lands the moment 100/100 locks. Patch 1.1.0.0 made that clothing account-wide.
