The wiki names rooms. tarkov.dev names map percentages. They are not the same table.
Wiki rooms (scraped Aug 30, 2026), maps they attach:
- Customs. couch, 1st floor of the 3-story dorms
- The Lab. server room office (B12), next to the leftmost laptop
- Shoreline. West wing room 104, white shelves
- Interchange. the Pharmacy (this is also the ULTRA medical storage room behind the key)

- Streets of Tarkov. whale slide, top floor of the toystore in Klimov Shopping Mall
Wiki also lists airdrops (Common & Medical), buried barrel / ground caches, dead scavs, Medbag SMU06, Medcase. No per-room % on the extract.
tarkov.dev map % (stamp Aug 30, 2026, 04:08): Interchange 12, Therapist’s Store 10, Customs 7, Lighthouse 5. Wiki does not print those numbers and does not list Lighthouse as a named room. Official BSG spawn table = missing-evidence. We do not invent a “best map.”
The Interchange Key and Medstation 3
The Interchange Pharmacy is on both lists. The locked ULTRA medical storage room behind it is a separate item: ULTRA medical storage key. Wiki key page (scraped Aug 30): door inside AΠTEKA on Interchange floor 2; loose loot includes LEDX; power station must be on; 5 uses / hold cap 5. tarkov.dev key page (opened Aug 30, “59 minutes ago”) also names Interchange + LEDX.
Hideout: both LEDX sources agree 1 LEDX upgrades Medstation to level 3. That copy is not Found-in-Raid in the wiki wording (“needs to be obtained”). FIR vs stash = missing-evidence on the wiki extract. Do not delete a FIR copy you still need for Crisis.
The Interchange key that can hold a LEDX
ULTRA medical storage key is a live basic SKU. The LEDX farm slider’s $20 API floor is not a price.
Does a Wipe Delete Your LEDX?
On the permanent 1.0 profile, no scheduled wipe deletes stash items. Last full wipe: November 15, 2025 (1.0 / Steam). Patch 1.1.0.0 on August 3, 2026 added Season 1 Kord Breach. seasonal characters reset; main progress persists.
