The Interchange key and Medstation 3
The Interchange Pharmacy sits on the spawn list. The locked locker behind it is a separate item: ULTRA medical storage key.
That door is inside AΠTEKA / Pharmacy on mall floor 2. The Interchange power station switch must be on. The live item page prints 40 uses. A raid inventory holds 5 of this key at once. LEDX is among the loose loot in that room. A LEDX drop is not guaranteed.
Checkout on /eft/ultra-medical-storage-key is $7.
Hideout: 1 LEDX upgrades Medstation to level 3. That line is worded obtained. Do not spend a Found-in-Raid copy you still need for Crisis.
Medstation level 3 can also craft a Found-in-Raid LEDX. The craft list wants 2 Ophthalmoscopes, 3 magnets, 3 RFID readers, 3 powerbanks, a toolset, a microcontroller board, and the Silicon Optoelectronic textbook. The live timer on that craft is 1 day 9 hours 20 minutes on the bench.
Does a wipe delete a LEDX
On the permanent 1.0 profile, no scheduled wipe deletes stash items. Last full wipe: 15 November 2025 (1.0 / Steam).
Patch 1.1.0.0 on 3 August 2026 added Season 1 Kord Breach. Seasonal characters reset. Main progress stays. A LEDX on a seasonal character sits on that clock.
Full wipe notes live on the wipe-date guide.
