How to do Disease History in Tarkov: 5 steps
- Reach Therapist loyalty level 3, finish 3 other Therapist tasks at that level and accept Disease History.
- From PMC level 25, buy the RB-KSM key and the RB-SMP key on the flea market.
- Load into Reserve and head for the hospital building, known as White Bishop.
- Climb to the 2nd floor. Open RB-KSM for Medical record #1, then RB-SMP for Medical record #2.
- Extract alive with both journals and hand them to Therapist.
After Disease History: no Part 2, more Therapist tasks and Kappa
Disease History is a single quest with no Part 2. Finishing it opens no new quest.
