The old line Eliminate 10 Scavs while wearing a UN uniform is struck on that live log. Ranking pages that still sit on the name still print a UNTAR helmet and armor farm for those 10 kills. Open your own log. If the Scav-kill line is struck or absent, skip the kit farm and run trucks plus 5 MRE.

Where the trucks sit, and where the MRE come from
Both trucks are on Shoreline. Walk them in 1 raid if you can. Extract any successful Shoreline extract after both marks land.
The 1st truck sits on the health resort. Published pins put it on the north side by the tennis court, and on the admin / sanatorium face of that same resort. Fly or walk the resort roads. The UN wreck is the truck. Plant the MS2000 on the bed.
The 2nd truck sits at the construction site by the crane. The crane is the landmark. The UN wreck sits under it. Plant the 2nd marker. Leave.

Print both resort faces. They describe the same wreck from 2 approaches. Do not invent a 3rd GPS pin.
Buy or craft the 2 MS2000 Markers before you load Shoreline. Peacekeeper and the flea both sell the marker when your loyalty and level allow it.
The 5 MRE ration packs are an obtain-and-handover. If your log says obtain, try stash MRE. Raid for them when the hand-in refuses a stash pack. Flea MRE work when the flea is unlocked and the log accepts a bought pack.
A named best extract for this quest without a 2026 date is a snapshot. Any live Shoreline extract after both marks is enough.

Battlestate shipped 1.1.0.0 / Kord Breach on 3 August 2026. That patch opened seasons. A seasonal character resets on the season clock. A persist character keeps this Peacekeeper row until the next full wipe.
Open the log on the character you are playing. A seasonal wipe can put the UN-uniform line back on a fresh book. A persist book that already struck it stays struck.
Ranking pages that still rank for the quest name still tell you to farm UNTAR armor and kill 10 Scavs. Treat those pages as a frozen kit farm. Treat your log as the live list.
