How to get the Breath of Blight mount
Breath of Blight is the reward of Midnight Keystone Master: Season 2. That Feat of Strength asks for a Mythic+ rating of at least 2,000 during Season 2.
- Play your keys in Season 2. The season opened on 18 August 2026, 1 week after Patch 12.1 Curse of Ula'tek.
- Time keys in all 8
dungeons. Your best run in each dungeon feeds the rating. - Push your weakest dungeon early. A low score in 1 dungeon holds the total back.
- Cross 2,000 rating. The Feat of Strength pops at once. Breath of Blight lands in your
mount journal.

Time a +10 in a dungeon and you also unlock its teleport. That is 8 teleports for the full pool.

How many keys is 2,000 rating?
Each dungeon scores its best run. A higher key scores more, and beating the timer adds a little on top.
- A timed +7 is worth about 260 rating. 8 timed +7 keys come to about 2,080.
- Higher keys score more. 1 strong dungeon makes up for a weak dungeon.
- Speed adds a little. Finishing well inside the timer lifts that run above the base score.
Plan for a timed +7 in every dungeon. Then raise the 1 or 2 dungeons that sit lowest.

When does Season 2 end?
Breath of Blight is a Season 2 reward. The rating has to land while Season 2 runs.
Season 3 starts shortly after Patch 12.2 Eclipse, the final major Midnight update. Blizzard has not announced that date yet.
Past 2,000, the next mount is Breath of Ruin at 3,000 rating. It is the Keystone Legend reward of the same season.
