- Pre-orders opened June 25, 2026 at midnight local time. They are live globally now. Start at rockstargames.com/VI.
Launch: Thursday, November 19, 2026 on

Xbox Series. Rockstar has not announced a PC SKU for that day.
Digital preload begins November 12, 2026 at local midnight. Standard and Ultimate digital copies share that window.- Physical: a download code in the box. No disc. Retailers can hand the box from November 12 so you can redeem and preload. A physical Ultimate box is not offered. Upgrade digitally after you redeem Standard.
- Buy before November 20: the Vintage Vice City Pack on every edition. Digital copies also include 1 month of GTA+. PlayStation says redeem by March 31, 2027. Membership then auto-renews until you cancel.
- Launch product: a single-player campaign. Online timing sits on Online at launch.
- Ultimate extras are in-game vehicles, weapons, shops, and apparel. Both editions unlock November 19. Detail: early access guide.
Standard vs Ultimate. Buy what you want
Both editions unlock on November 19. Ultimate is cosmetics, shops, and story-threaded extras. It is the same start date as Standard. US digital list prices are $79.99 Standard and $99.99 Ultimate. Physical Standard is $79.99 as a code-in-box.

The official extras list for Ultimate includes the '95 Grotti Cheetah, Morgan Revolvers, personalized weapons, Vice City styles, and safehouse vehicles. It also lists Rideout Customs, Sara's salon, Stock 305, Electric Fang, Willie's shop, and the Classic Car Collection. Rockstar threads those extras across Jason and Lucia's story.
Skip resellers selling pre-leveled or VIP-early accounts. That is a ban and chargeback path. LFCarry refuses accounts.
Buy and redeem in the same region as your PSN or Xbox account. PlayStation codes are region-locked. Xbox codes are not.

Account prep on PSN or Xbox starts with 2FA on. Keep a valid payment method for the pre-order charge. Leave enough console storage for the full install plus the launch-day patch. A shared-console surprise can wipe the download mid-preload.
