What M-17 Fast Talker does: a 900 RPM Stasis SMG
M-17 Fast Talker sits in the Kinetic slot. It deals Stasis damage, uses Primary ammo and fires at 900 RPM.
Balanced Heat Weapon (intrinsic). It deals more damage to powerful combatants and builds very little heat. Reload to vent the heat.
Air-Cooled Core (origin trait). Sprinting speeds up venting or reloading for a short time. At low heat or with a full magazine, aiming down sights adds handling and movement speed.
