What Dreambane Is
Dreambane Suit is a Legendary armor set from Shadowkeep. Hunter, Titan, and Warlock each wear a 5-piece: helm, arms, chest, legs, and class item. The gear is old lunar kit from the Aeronautics of China. Eris Morn bound Nightmare essence into it so Guardians could fight Nightmares and enter the Lunar Pyramid.
Season 29 copies of this set carry 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses. 2 pieces grant Unstable Essence on a challenging kill and raise grenade and melee stats while it lasts. 4 pieces heal on rapid weapon damage or a kill while Unstable Essence is up. The original Shadowkeep copies used a Nightmare-warding mod slot to walk the Lunar Pyramid.
Coda is a different Legendary set. Coda drops in Prophecy. Dreambane lives on the Moon. Keep the 2 pages apart.

How the Pieces Drop
The Lectern of Enchantment sits in Sanctuary on the Moon. It sells Dreambane as weapon bounties. You pick the bounty, run the Moon activity it names, and turn it back in for a piece.
Eris Morn stands on that landing. She is the vendor face of the Lectern loop. Weapon bounties are the named path. The set is a vendor grant. It is a poor candidate for a random world drop.
Essence Cleansing still circulates as an older Moon loop from 2025. Treat it as a leftover route. The Lectern bounty is the path this page follows.
Pit of Heresy is the Shadowkeep dungeon on the same Moon. A weekly Pit clear is a Moon hour. It does not replace the Lectern bounty for this set.
Still on the Moon After 9.7.0
Update 9.7.0 landed on 9 June 2026 with Monument of Triumph. Bungie Help says raids and dungeons stay on the Director. The Moon destination stays. Sanctuary stays.
The 15 S29 copies carry a Monument of Triumph tag. The Lectern is still the named source for the set. A Monument tag on an armor inspect does not retire a vendor.
