- Reach loyalty level 4 with Mechanic. Then clear 1 of his level 4 tasks to open this one.
- Accept the task from Mechanic. It lists 4 map pairs.
- Bring a bolt-action rifle. The rifles that count are in the next section.
- Get 5 PMC kills with a headshot on each map pair. Either map of a pair counts.
- Hand it in to Mechanic. The task leads to Collector.
