Bastigor is Ice. Fire skills cut the timer.

Keep Bastigor on your Pal. Shoot Bjorn from range. That split keeps the Ice Beam off your mount for longer.
Bastigor's Ice Beam clips through the arena pillars. Do not stand behind a column for that cone. Dodge the beam. Other loose shots can still be sided around the stone.
A Flame Emperor passive adds 30% Fire attack. Food and statue percent boosts scale with Pal level, so finish the 60 grind before you spend the statue points on this fight.
