Where Azure Covenant Tower Is (Two Pins, One Island)
The tower is on a Sunreach sky island. palworld.tools (scraped Aug 29, 2026) says it has no pin on the main world map and is tower 8 of 9 (Zenara & Astralym after it). Neoseeker (Jul 13, 2026) lists it as faction tower #8, region Sunreach.

Do not average the pins. They are ~14 units apart on the same island. Fly the Sunreach sky island; both pins land you on the tower approach. After a win, Neoseeker says a Great Eagle Statue on the roof becomes a fast-travel point.
How to Drop the Tornado (Six Devices + Feybreak)
You cannot walk in while the storm is up.
- Neoseeker (Jul 13, 2026): shut down all six devices around Sunreach to dispel the tornado.
- Game8 (Aug 13, 2026) and palworld.tools (Aug 29, 2026): defeat Bjorn and Bastigor at Feybreak Tower to unlock the Sunreach altar / fast-travel out. palworld.tools also says the islands around the tower are level 60+.
Those are not the same step. The six devices drop the weather; the Feybreak clear turns the altar on. Do both if you are still staring at a cyclone. Live catalog: Feybreak Tower is a fixed-price boost (opened Aug 29, 2026, type=basic, $35).

Hard Mode and Where This Sits in the Climb
Neoseeker (Jul 13, 2026) is the only source we opened that publishes a hard rematch number: Level 80 / 501,600 HP. palworld.tools documents file multipliers (hard HP ×88, damage dealt ×12, taken ×0.2) without printing a second HP figure we would trust as a third number. Game8’s extract did not give a distinct hard level. Use Neoseeker for the hard target; treat everything else as multipliers, not a new HP.
On the climb: Neoseeker lists 8 faction towers and puts Azure at #8. palworld.tools puts it at 8 of 9, with one more pair (Zenara & Astralym) after. Both agree this is late-game, after Feybreak.
