Division 2 Ouroboros: Rule Them All, Paradise Lost, $75

If you only read 1 line: chase Ouroboros when a Status Effect on you should land on the next magazine. The talent is Rule Them All.

Ouroboros is an exotic SMG. It is the exotic Vector SBR 9mm. Title Update 19 added the gun.

Rule Them All fires when a Status Effect is already on the agent. 50% of the ammo in the next magazine applies that same Status Effect to targets. The copy happens during combat.

Ubisoft published those talent words and the Paradise Lost drop percents on the Year 5 Season 2 Puppeteers page on 2 October 2023. The same talent text still sits on the item.

Paradise Lost is the Incursion that pays Ouroboros. 4 agents walk the burning Meret Estate Settlement and fight the Cleaners for Mackenzie Meret.

A weekly Incursion clear grants an exotic item. That chest can roll this SMG at 10%. The completion reward locks for the week after it pays.

A replay still drops boss loot. Each boss on that replay can roll Ouroboros at 1%. Wright and The Lovebirds are the named Cleaner bosses on the route. The final chest is the weekly exotic.

Year 8 Season 3, Red Horizon, went live on 27 August 2026. The new exotic on the free Season Pass track is Fafnir, a shotgun. The season notes leave Ouroboros in the Paradise Lost pool.

Red Moon Unleashed: 20% until 3 November

The Red Moon Unleashed event runs from 15 October to 3 November. Moon Cultists roam open-world D.C. Enough kills draw out the event bosses. Play solo in West End and the Necromancer can appear as Necromancer Unleashed.

Beat him on Heroic difficulty. A Heroic kill pays 1 Event Key and the Necromancer Hive Skill VFX. The last reward is an Exotic Cache at 80% or Ouroboros at 20%. That is 2 times the weekly chest and 20 times a replayed boss.

Farm the weekly chest when you still have a clear this week. Replay the bosses when the chest already paid a different exotic. Hunt Necromancer Unleashed solo while the event runs. Open the $75 checkout when you want the SMG tonight.

Farm when a 4-agent group can run Paradise Lost this week. Take the weekly exotic chest. Keep every copy. Replay Wright and The Lovebirds if the chest paid something else.

Farm the event when you can clear Heroic alone before 3 November. Run West End solo. Each Necromancer Unleashed kill is a 20% roll.

Pay when you want the gun tonight and you will not sit the Incursion. The Ouroboros checkout is $75 for a guaranteed exotic SMG.
