How the catalyst drops (Blueberries, modified Aug 1, 2026)
Blueberries — Ace of Spades + Catalyst, published Jul 31, 2025, modified Aug 1, 2026 (scraped Aug 30, 2026): the catalyst “can drop from either Kills or completions in Strikes & Nightfalls.” Perk: Funeral Pyre — Firefly does more damage while Memento Mori is active. Once it drops, 500 weapon kills unlock it. They name Shuro Chi and Grasp opening as typical farms; we do not invent a third farm from that sentence.
A 2026 Bungie Help page that reprints this drop line = missing-evidence. We print Blueberries’ dated sentence, not a ritual-playlist average from the Sunshot page.
The gun is the kiosk, not a quest
Same Blueberries page: the old Forsaken quest is vaulted. Ace is purchased at the Monument to Lost Lights (Tower, next to the Vault) for 1 Exotic Cipher + 125,000 Glimmer + 1 Ascendant Shard. Requires the Forsaken Pack on that page. Traits they print: Memento Mori (reload after a kill loads extra-damage rounds; radar while ADS) and Firefly (precision kills explode Solar and speed reload).
Their letters — A-tier PvE / S-tier PvP — stay theirs. We do not invent our own S/A. Sibling footnotes: Sunshot catalyst, Vex Mythoclast catalyst, the five searched catalysts.
