How to Get Genesis Camo in BO7 (Co-op Campaign Mastery)

Genesis is the last of the 4 Co-op Campaign mastery camos in Black Ops 7. It is animated with a rippling motion. It changes color and shows extra flecks when you fire.

To get Genesis, put Chroma Flux on 30 weapons. Genesis has no challenge of its own. A weapon gets it once it holds Chroma Flux and your 30-weapon count is full.

The Co-op Campaign ladder runs Molten Gold, Moonstone, Chroma Flux, then Genesis. 2 of its challenges only count in Endgame, the open co-op mode in Avalon.

Each weapon needs its 9 Military camos and 3 Special camos from Co-op Campaign. The Co-op Campaign mastery ladder starts once all 12 are done.

As of 5 November, Black Ops 7 is in Season 06 The Haunting, live since 17 September 2026. A PRO can put Genesis on all your base weapons.

Molten Gold has no zone rule. Any 20 Special enemies count toward it.

Moonstone and Chroma Flux count only inside Endgame. Their kills must come from the right zones or the right enemy type.

Moonstone on 30 weapons adds up to 3,000 kills in Zone III or Zone IV. Chroma Flux on 30 weapons adds 300 Elite kills on top.

For most guns the 9 Military camos ask for Critical Kills. The count climbs from 10 for Foliage to 250 for Topaz Snake.

1. Pick a weapon and earn its 9 Military camos in Co-op Campaign, mostly with Critical Kills.
2. Finish its 3 Special camos. Each weapon has its own 3 Special challenges.
3. Eliminate 20 Special enemies with it for Molten Gold.
4. Repeat on every gun of that weapon type. Moonstone opens for the whole type.
5. In Endgame, get 100 kills in Zone III or Zone IV with each gun for Moonstone. Keep going until 30 weapons hold it.
6. Chroma Flux opens. In Endgame, eliminate 10 Elite enemies with each gun.
7. Get Chroma Flux on 30 weapons. Genesis then appears on each of those guns.

Any 30 weapons count toward the gates. Build your 30 around the guns you already play well in Endgame.

Endgame is the open co-op mode that follows the 11 story missions. Squads of up to 4 players explore Avalon zone by zone.

The zones escalate. Zone III and Zone IV hold the tougher enemies that the Moonstone challenge counts.

Endgame opened to all players on 21 November 2025. You can start it before the story is done.

Take the gun you are working on into Zone III or Zone IV and stay there. Every kill in those zones moves Moonstone forward.

Once Chroma Flux opens, each gun needs 10 Elite kills. Switch guns the moment the current gun reaches 10.

Genesis is the Co-op Campaign entry among the 4 final mastery camos. The other 3 are Singularity from Multiplayer, Infestation from Zombies and Apocalypse from Warzone.

Warzone moved to Modern Warfare 4 on 6 November, the day Modern Warfare 4 Season 1 started. The new Warzone leaves Black Ops 7 camos behind.

If Chroma Flux is not on 30 weapons yet, the PRO completes it as part of the order. The game requires it before Genesis.
