How to Get the No Fear Operator Skin in BO7

No Fear is an Operator skin from Endgame, the open co-op mode of Black Ops 7. You unlock it when you defeat the final boss, Dr. Gideon Falkner, and escape with the Operator you played. The skin goes to that Operator only.

1. Load into Endgame. It has been open to every player since 21 November 2025, with the campaign finished or not.
2. Pick the Operator before you deploy. Play the Operator whose No Fear skin you want.
3. Raise your Combat Rating. Zone IV, where the boss waits, recommends Combat Rating 45.
4. Head to the Toxin Source. Falkner holds a facility on an island inside Zone IV.
5. Defeat Falkner. Fight him solo or with a squad of up to 4 players.
6. Confirm the kill and escape. Inspect his body to play the closing cinematic and start the exfil. Escape with your Operator to unlock the skin.

Each win unlocks 1 skin, so the full set takes 12 boss kills, 1 per Operator. A PRO can run the boss on your account for every Operator you pick.

Every base game Operator in Black Ops 7 has a No Fear skin. Each one unlocks the same way: you beat Falkner, then escape as that Operator.

Falkner is the boss and also 1 of the 12 Operators. His own No Fear skin needs a win with him as your Operator.

Avalon, the Endgame map, is split into 4 zones. Each zone recommends a higher Combat Rating than the last.

Falkner's facility sits on an island in Zone IV, the hardest zone of the 4. The Toxin Source is the name of that fight.

A Falkner kill pays an Exotic weapon on top of the skin.

Combat Rating is the power level of the Operator you play in Endgame. It rises as you clear activities and assignments, and each step up gives you a choice of skills.

You hold up to 4 Operator slots. Each slot keeps its own Combat Rating, so a fresh Operator starts low.

A successful exfil keeps your loadout and your Combat Rating. An Operator who dies before the exfil loses that Combat Rating.

That is why 12 skins take time. Each Operator needs its own climb to Zone IV before the boss run.
