Black Ops 6 Gold Camo: 10 Double Kills After Military

Gold is the 1st Multiplayer Mastery camo on a gun. It opens after every Military camo and both Special camos on that same gun.

The Gold challenge on rifles, SMGs, shotguns, LMGs, marksman rifles, snipers, handguns and melee is 10 double kills or better. A double kill is 2 kills close enough that the game counts them as 1 medal.

Launchers use a different Gold challenge: 3 scorestreak destructions in a single match, 10 times.

Step	What opens it	The challenge
Military	A fresh gun	9 camos. Most guns: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 75 / 100 headshots. Launchers: the same counts as kills or scorestreak destructions. Melees: the same counts as kills.
Special	Every Military camo on that gun	2 named Special camos. Each gun has its own pair.
Gold	Both Specials on that gun	10 double kills, or the launcher scorestreak row above.
Diamond	Gold on every gun in that category	3 kills without dying, 10 times. Launchers: 3 kills in a single match, 10 times.
Dark Spine	Diamond on 33 guns	3 triple kills. Launchers: 5 scorestreak destructions in a single match, 3 times.
Dark Matter	Dark Spine on 33 guns	5 kills without dying, 3 times. Launchers: 5 kills in a single match, 3 times.

A fresh gun starts on Military. You cannot start Gold on a gun that still has a Military or Special camo locked.

Military is 9 camos. The counts are 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100. On most guns those counts are headshots. The last Military camo on those guns is 100 headshots.

Launchers use the same 9 counts as kills or scorestreak destructions. Melees use the same 9 counts as kills.

Special sits between Military and Gold. Completing every Military camo on that gun opens 2 Special camos. Those 2 are unique to the weapon. Finish both, and Gold is the next Mastery row.

Gold on 1 gun is a gun skin. Diamond on that gun wants Gold on every gun in its category before the Diamond challenge starts. The Diamond challenge is 3 kills without dying, 10 times.

Dark Spine wants Diamond on 33 guns, then 3 triple kills. Dark Matter wants Dark Spine on 33 guns, then 5 kills without dying, 3 times.

That is why a player can finish Gold on an XM4 and still wait on Diamond: the rest of the Assault Rifle category still needs Gold.

Black Ops 6 Zombies uses different Mastery names: Mystic Gold, then Opal, Afterlife and Nebula. A Zombies Gold grind does not unlock Multiplayer Gold.

A 2026 search for “gold camo bo6” still means Black Ops 6 Multiplayer Gold.

There is no /black-ops-6/gold-camo SKU. Write the stuck gun in a custom order and a PRO finishes Military, Special or the 10 doubles on your login.
