What Emily does for you
Emily is the LFCarry agent who runs your plan: she tracks your stats, finds and briefs your teammates, books the sessions and keeps the order chat moving. You talk to her on this page, in the guide and in your order chat — one thread.
How a session works
- Your plan is prepaid once at checkout — no per-session card charges.
- Before each session the order chat shows you a card: who plays, for how long, what it takes from your plan. Reply approve and the session starts — nothing moves before that.
- The first 15 minutes with a new pro are a test game: leave inside them and only a $5 show-up fee is taken, the rest of that session returns to your plan.
- Sessions used and what is left on your plan show in your order details.
Refunds and guarantees
- Not matched in 48 hours on Teammate search → $5 back as store credit.
- A session you did not approve in the order chat is never taken from your plan; a session you leave inside the 15-minute test game costs only the $5 show-up fee.
- Anything else: write in your order chat first — LFCarry support resolves it there, under the standard refund policy.

Questions
Do I need an account for the free plan?
No. The chat starts without registration; an account is created for you when you want the digest delivered somewhere.
Is this boosting?
No. You play on your own account with verified teammates or a pro on your team. Nobody logs into your account.
Can I pay for a plan with store credit or the bonus balance?
Yes — the checkout takes your bonus balance the same way it does for any LFCarry order. Storefront sales do not apply to plans.
What happens right after I pay?
Your order chat opens. Emily confirms your rank, mains, language, region and play times; the search starts within the hour, a session is proposed for your window and starts when you approve it in the chat.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Every plan includes the one below it — ask Emily in your order chat and she sets the next plan up for you.
