Warframe Octavia: Octavia's Anthem, Parts, Prime and Build

Octavia's Anthem gives her main blueprint and the Mandachord. The quest opens after the story quest that unlocks your Operator.

1. Talk to Cephalon Suda in any relay. She gives you the Mandachord blueprint.
2. Collect the Mandachord Body, Fret and Bridge on Sao, Neptune.
3. Build the Mandachord in your Foundry. It takes 5,000 credits and 10 seconds.
4. Solve the Hydraulus music puzzle on Stephano, Uranus.
5. Fight past the Sentients on Tycho, Lua and solve the 2nd Hydraulus.
6. Amplify the anthem through the Orokin Tower on Taranis, Void.
7. Talk to Cephalon Simaris in a relay and beat Hunhow in Suda's Datascape. The Octavia Blueprint is your reward.

You can replay Octavia's Anthem after you finish it. If you bought Octavia in the Market before the quest, it gives a Pistol Riven Mod in place of the blueprint.

Finishing The Duviri Paradox unlocks The Circuit. Octavia shows up there only in the weeks she is in its rotation.

The main blueprint uses the Mandachord from the quest. Keep it in your inventory until Octavia is built.

Her Systems ask for 2,000 Kuva. Warframe Kuva shows the fastest way to farm it.

Ability	What it does
Passive	Each cast restores 30 Energy over 30 seconds to Octavia and allies within 15 m.
Mallet	Hurls a device that taunts enemies into attacking it. It deals music damage to enemies nearby.
Resonator	Summons a roller that charms enemies into following it. It picks up Mallets as it moves.
Metronome	Grants buffs for actions in time with the beat.
Amp	Projects a field that raises ally weapon damage. It also makes Mallet stronger and wider.

Feeding Octavia to the Helminth unlocks Resonator for your other Warframes.

Octavia Prime came out on 23 February 2021 with Update 29.9. Her Prime Access added the Tenora Prime and the Pandero Prime.

She entered the Prime Vault on 14 December 2022. Since then, no mission drops an Octavia Prime relic.

Varzia brings her relics back only when Prime Resurgence lists her.
