How to Get Cyte-09 in Warframe: Blueprints and The Hex

Cyte-09 comes from Höllvania, the city of Warframe: 1999. Every route starts with The Hex quest.

1. Finish The Duviri Paradox and The Lotus Eaters. The Hex needs both.
2. Play The Hex quest. Its reward is the Cyte-09 main blueprint. It also opens the Höllvania missions, the Hex bounties and The Hex syndicate.
3. Run Hex bounties at Höllvania Central Mall. Each part blueprint drops on the final stage of its own bounty.
4. Earn Hex Standing as you play. Amir sells any blueprint you still lack.
5. Build the 3 parts, then build Cyte-09 in the Foundry for 25,000 Credits.

A drop chance near 12% means about 8 final stages per part on average. Bounties also pay Hex Standing, so the 2 routes add up. Short on time? A PRO can get every Cyte-09 blueprint on your account.

Ability	What it does
Passive	Each Weak Point kill adds 1% Weak Point Critical Chance, up to 300%, for the rest of the mission.
Seek, 1st	Plants an antenna that scans ahead. Enemies it finds take more Weak Point damage and show through walls. Your weapons gain Punch Through.
Resupply, 2nd	Throws 2 Elemental Ammo Packs. They refill the magazine and add the element you choose. Sniper rifles gain extra damage.
Evade, 3rd	Jumps back and turns Cyte-09 invisible. Weak Point kills extend the invisibility and heal him.
Neutralize, 4th	Summons the Neutralizer, his exalted sniper rifle. Bullets ricochet from Weak Point to Weak Point, and the alternate fire throws a Cold grenade that freezes enemies.

Hold Resupply to pick its element. Cyte-09 fights from range, so every ability rewards Weak Point hits.

Blind Rage, Umbral Intensify and Primed Continuity are also among the most used Cyte-09 mods across all builds. Primed Flow and Transient Fortitude are common swaps for energy and strength. The Warframe tier list shows where Cyte-09 ranks now.

Cyte-09 is still without a Prime version. Digital Extremes has not set a Cyte-09 Prime release date.

Cyte-09 came out with Update 38.0, Warframe: 1999, on 13 December 2024.

Warframe runs on Update 44.1, Iceblade of Narin: The Icebind, which shipped on 7 October 2026. Hotfix 44.1.4.1 arrived on 28 October.

Update 44.0 fixed Resupply packs picked up from the ground. Their bonus damage now scales with Ability Strength.
