Warframe Dante: How to Get Him, Final Verse and Build

Dante has 2 routes. Both start on Deimos once 2 quests are done: The Deadlock Protocol and Whispers in the Walls.

1. Finish The Deadlock Protocol and Whispers in the Walls. They open Disruption on Armatus and Sanctum Anatomica.
2. Run Disruption on Armatus. Rotation C rewards hold all 4 Dante blueprints.
3. Collect Vessel Capillaries on the same mission. Each Demolisher drops 2 to 4, and Steel Path Demolishers drop 5 to 7.
4. Trade the Vessel Capillaries to Loid in Sanctum Anatomica for any blueprint you still lack.
5. Build the 3 parts, then build Dante in the Foundry for 25,000 Credits.

Blueprint	Armatus Rotation C	Price at Loid
Main blueprint	6.82%	270 Vessel Capillaries
Neuroptics	4.55%	90 Vessel Capillaries
Chassis	4.55%	90 Vessel Capillaries
Systems	4.55%	90 Vessel Capillaries

A full set from Loid costs 540 Vessel Capillaries. Capillaries you collect while farming Rotation C can buy the last blueprint you miss.

Ability	What it does
Passive	Noctua scans every enemy it kills into your Codex.
Noctua, 1st	Opens his Exalted Tome. Its shots split and seek nearby enemies, and its Alternate Fire throws a wide wave.
Light Verse, 2nd	Gives Dante and his allies Overguard and heals them. It also writes a Light page.
Dark Verse, 3rd	Deals Slash damage to the enemies around him. It writes a Dark page.
Final Verse, 4th	Reads the 2 pages you wrote and casts 1 of 4 stories.

The order of the 2 pages decides the story. Recast a Verse to replace a page before you read the Final Verse.

Story	Pages	Effect
Triumph	Light, then Light	Overguard for the squad. Kills and assists refill it.
Tragedy	Dark, then Dark	1 blast that sums the Slash, Heat and Toxin damage over time on each enemy.
Wordwarden	Light, then Dark	A copy of Noctua for each ally that fires with them.
Pageflight	Dark, then Light	Paragrimms that pull enemy attacks and raise the Status Chance and Status damage enemies take.

Triumph keeps the whole squad behind Overguard. Tragedy hits hardest after Noctua and Dark Verse have stacked Slash statuses on a group.

The most voted Dante build runs 5 Forma and is tagged Update 43.0. It mixes Ability Strength for bigger Overguard and Tragedy hits with Duration for longer stories. Forma is explained in Warframe Forma.

Mod	What it adds	Pick
Blind Rage	Ability Strength, less Efficiency	Core
Umbral Intensify	Ability Strength	Core
Primed Flow	Maximum Energy	Core
Primed Continuity	Ability Duration	Core
Equilibrium	Energy from Health Orbs, Health from Energy Orbs	Core
Archon Stretch	Ability Range, energy on Electricity status	Flex
Constitution	Ability Duration and faster knockdown recovery	Flex
Augur Message	Ability Duration	Flex
Transient Fortitude	Ability Strength, less Duration	Flex
Power Drift	Exilus slot Ability Strength	Flex

That build takes Corrosive Projection as the aura and Preparation in the Exilus slot. Its arcanes are Arcane Concentration and Arcane Impetus.

Dante is still without a Prime version. Digital Extremes has not set a Dante Prime release date.

The Market sells the finished Dante for 350 Platinum. That purchase skips Armatus and Loid. Warframe Platinum covers ways to earn it.

Dante came out with Update 35.5 on 27 March 2024.

The game is on Update 44.1, Iceblade of Narin: The Icebind, live since 7 October 2026.

Update 43 gave Dante the Noctua Swarm augment. Its Alternate Fire hits leave Paragrimms that silence and stun enemies and restore energy to the squad.

Dante holds a spot in the S row of the Warframe tier list as a universal support. A new frame ranked to 30 also adds points toward your Warframe Mastery Rank.
