Koumei rolls dice on every ability. A roll of triple sixes gives each ability its strongest form.
Her passive picks 1 of her weapons every 60 seconds. For the next 60 seconds that weapon inflicts random Status Effects.

Is there a Koumei Prime?
No. Koumei has no Prime version. She came out on 2 October 2024 in Update 37.0, and her Prime is not announced yet.
Shrine Defense and Koumei's Shrine are the only sources of her blueprints. The Market sells her fully built.

Iceblade of Narin opened Update 44 on 23 September 2026. The Icebind followed on 7 October as Update 44.1, and Hotfix 44.1.4.1 came on 28 October.
Shrine Defense still drops Koumei's blueprints in this update. Koumei's Shrine still sells them for Fate Pearls.
