Warframe Khora: Sanctuary Onslaught, Abilities, Prime and Build

Khora's 3 component blueprints drop in Sanctuary Onslaught. Her main blueprint sits in the Market.

1. Finish The New Strange quest. It unlocks Sanctuary Onslaught.
2. Talk to Cephalon Simaris at his Sanctuary in any relay. The Syndicate tab of the World State Window starts the mode too.
3. Keep killing so your Efficiency stays above 0. At 0 the mission extracts you with what you earned.
4. Clear zones in pairs. Every 2 zones pay 1 reward on an A, A, B, C rotation.
5. Buy the Khora Blueprint in the Market.

Only the normal Sanctuary Onslaught drops Khora parts. Rotation C gives the best odds for each part.

The Market also sells the finished Khora for 325 Platinum.

The Circuit opens once you finish The Duviri Paradox quest. In a week when it offers Khora, pick her to earn her blueprints.

Her 3 parts need 9 Kavat Genetic Code between them. Gather all 9 before you put any part into the Foundry.

Ability	What it does
Passive	Venari fights at her side and gives Khora 15% movement speed. A killed Venari comes back after 45 seconds.
Whipclaw	Khora cracks her whip to damage enemies.
Ensnare	Binds a target in living metal. Enemies who stray close get caught as well. Whipclaw refreshes the trap.
Venari	Sends Venari at a target. Hold it to switch between Attack, Protect and Heal. It also revives a fallen Venari at once.
Strangledome	A dome of living chain traps the enemies inside. Enemies outside shoot their trapped allies. Whipclaw on the dome hits everyone in it.

Feeding Khora to the Helminth unlocks Ensnare for your other Warframes.

Her signature weapons are the Hystrix pistol and the Dual Keres swords.

Khora Prime arrived in Update 31.7 in 2022. Her Prime Access also brought Venari Prime, the Hystrix Prime and the Dual Keres Prime.

She entered the Prime Vault on 1 May 2024. Vaulted relics stop dropping in missions.

Varzia sells relics for vaulted Primes through Prime Resurgence. Khora Prime comes back only in a rotation that lists her.

Most current Khora builds pair Strangledome with Whipclaw. They stack Range, Duration and Energy.

On 7 October 2026, Update 44.1, The Icebind, became the live update. It leaves her drop sources as they are.
