Hire a guild manager for your WoW Forever guild
Running a guild takes hours every week: the bank, the auction house, recruitment, raid prep and loot. Hand that work to a guild officer from our in-house team and spend your evenings playing. You pay $10 an hour, and less on a monthly package.
Your manager works with the AI-agent system that runs our own WoW Forever guilds. It tracks auction house prices, keeps the bank ledger, scores attendance and contribution, and writes the weekly economy report. The AI does the analytics. Your manager does the work in your guild, by hand.

Extra hours on any package cost $10 an hour. Unused hours of a monthly package roll over for 1 month. Monthly packages come as an invoice before each new month, with no auto-charge, and you can stop any month.
What your manager does
- Guild Accountant, 20 hours a month: the guild bank ledger, a weekly economy report, the repair and consumables fund for raid nights, bank tab rules and a monthly guild budget.
- Guild Manager, 60 hours a month: everything in Guild Accountant, plus auction house trading for the guild, the crafting-order queue, recruitment and trial members, roster and attendance, the event calendar, loot council or DKP records and onboarding of new members.
- Operations Director, 160 hours a month, a full-time officer: everything in Guild Manager, plus raid logistics, a gold-making plan for the guild, scheduling of LFG carries for gold, officer team coordination, Discord moderation and a weekly strategy call with you.
- Hourly, from 10 hours: any task from the lists above, booked when you need it.

What does a WoW Forever guild manager do?
A guild manager is a guild officer from our in-house team who runs the work behind your guild: the guild bank and its ledger, the weekly economy report, auction house trading, crafting orders, recruitment, roster and attendance, the event calendar, raid consumables and loot council or DKP records. You pick the package and the tasks. Your manager does them every week and reports every Monday.
Does the manager need my account?
No. By default our manager plays his own character on your realm and faction and joins your guild as an officer. You choose his rank and the bank tabs he can use. If you want him on your guild's bank alt, he logs in the way our Pros do on every order: by hand, with appear offline, and with your 2FA code sent in the order chat. Off-game only work needs no game access at all.
How are the hours counted?
An hour is time your manager spends on your guild: in game, in your Discord, or on the ledger and reports. Every Monday you get a report with the hours used and what they bought. Unused hours of a monthly package roll over for 1 month. Hours of an hourly block stay valid for 60 days.
Can the manager make gold for the guild?
Yes, the way strong guilds always have: auction house trading, crafting orders, gathering routes and the dungeon and raid carries your members sell for gold in the LFG channel. The gold goes to your guild bank, and every move is in the ledger. For gold on your own character, see WoW Forever gold.
When does it start?
Hourly blocks start now: book a pre-launch planning session for your guild charter, ranks, bank rules, recruitment posts and launch-week plan. A monthly package starts on the day you order. Order before the 4 November launch and your first month starts on launch day, with a planning session before it counted from your hours.
How does monthly billing work?
Before each new month we send an invoice to your LFCarry account and your order chat. Nothing is charged automatically. Pay it to keep your manager, switch to another package, or stop.
What size of guild do you manage?
Any size: 5 friends starting a guild at launch or a community of 500 members. US and EU realms, Normal, PvP, RP and Hardcore, Alliance or Horde. For guilds over 150 members, Guild Manager or Operations Director fits best.
Do I keep the same manager?
Yes. The same manager works your guild every month you keep the package, so he knows your members, your bank and your raid team.
Can I join a guild instead of running one?
Yes. Guild membership gives you a seat and a rank in one of our 4 US WoW Forever guilds, run by the same AI-agent system, from $19 a month.
