Warframe Follie: How to Get Her, Follie's Hunt and a Build

All 4 Follie blueprints come from 1 mission, Follie's Hunt. The same mission pays the Atramentum that buys them.

1. Finish the Chains of Harrow quest. Follie's Hunt then appears on the Vesper Relay node of Venus.
2. Run Follie's Hunt. Each clear rolls Rotation A, where every Follie blueprint has a 5% chance.
3. Keep the Atramentum from each run: 15 on the Normal Path and 25 on the Steel Path.
4. Visit Aspirant Zorba in any Relay, outside the Arbiters of Hexis. Buy the blueprints the drops left out.
5. Build the 3 parts, then the main blueprint with 3 Orokin Cells.

Follie's Hunt takes place in the wrecked Vesper Relay. You fill 3 Shadowgraphs with paint to clear it.

• Paint sits in golden pools. Walking into a pool pulls you out of your Warframe as your Operator or Drifter.
• Carry the paint to a canvas. The canvases start unmarked, so search the rooms.
• The 1st delivery wakes Follie. She hunts 1 player, and her aura drains anyone who stays close.
• Shooting Follie drives her off for a while. She always comes back.
• Fill all 3 Shadowgraphs and the mission ends with your rewards.

Atramentum also drops from Atramentum Balloons and from enemy kills. Pop the balloons with weapon fire. Since Hotfix 42.0.2, balloon Atramentum goes to the whole squad.

The Steel Path version pays 25 Atramentum a clear. It needs the Steel Path unlocked on your Star Chart.

Follie is a crowd control frame. Her passive, Inkblot, coats enemies in ink from every ability she casts.

Ability	What it does
Inkblot (passive)	Inked enemies slow down by up to 50%. Each inked enemy has a 20% chance to drop Health and Energy Orbs.
Forced Perspective (1)	Follie drops through an inky frame and comes out invulnerable at the aimed spot. The splash inks nearby enemies.
Shadowgraph (2)	Follie paints a useful object to life. Hold the ability to open the wheel, then tap to cast the same pick again.
Self Portrait (3)	An ink effigy absorbs damage dealt to Follie and her allies. Kills in its ink pool make the effigy and the pool grow.
Plein Air (4)	Nearby enemies float away tied to balloons. Popping a balloon drops them to the ground and splashes ink around them.

Shadowgraph objects unlock as Follie ranks up. The list includes an Explosive Barrel, an Arc Trap, a Death Orb, a Lohk Surge, Universal Ammo, a Launch Pad, a Life Support Capsule and a Power Cell.

Self Portrait is the ability the Helminth takes from Follie. On other frames it has a lower Damage Reduction cap and applies no Inkblot. Plein Air is her Railjack ability.

Both builds also run Arcane Concentration. Each one uses 6 Forma. Every Forma source is in the Warframe Forma guide.

The general build fills the rest with Equilibrium and Archon Flow for Energy. The Steel Path tank build takes Adaptation and Health Conversion for survival.

The Enkaus is a beam rifle from the same update. Aspirant Zorba sells its blueprints for Atramentum, and Follie's Hunt drops them too.

• Alt fire sprays ink that stains enemies.
• Shooting stained enemies draws the ink back and reloads the rifle.
• Stained enemies at low health dissolve.
• In Follie's hands, its alt fire also applies Inkblot.

Follie arrived with Update 42, The Shadowgrapher, on 25 March 2026. Hotfix 42.0.2 raised the Atramentum per clear to 15 and 25 the next day.

The game now runs Update 44.1, The Icebind, released on 7 October 2026. The newest patch, Hotfix 44.1.4.1, landed on 28 October. Follie has no Prime version yet.
