What you get

A pro plays DMZ with you or on your account by the hour — missions, extractions, and the live brief you set in chat. The constructor is 2 hours, 5 hours, 10 hours, or 20 hours. The card default is 5 hours. Unused time stays on the order.

DMZ is a launch mode. Official pages do not publish a mission list or the contents of the Vault DMZ Deployment Bonus. Hajin is the named DMZ map that also comes to Battle Royale in Season 1. This page is not the DMZ mastery camo track. If you want Chiral through Helio, use the DMZ mastery page.

  • Piloted is the default. Self-play is available if you stay on the character.

Requirements & account safety

You need an Activision account on PC (Battle.net, Steam, or Xbox on PC), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, or Nintendo Switch 2. Modern Warfare 4 is not on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One. A mobile phone number may be required. PC play needs TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. A permanently banned Call of Duty account since Modern Warfare (2019) may be ineligible.

A pro plays by hand on your account or with you. We match the VPN to your region. We do not use third-party tools. RICOCHET is live in Modern Warfare 4. Our records show suspensions are rare; if your account is suspended on a session we played, we re-do the work or refund. We do not promise that a ban cannot happen.

FAQ

Is this the Helio camo grind? No. This is hourly DMZ play. The Helio track is on the DMZ mastery camo page.

When does the work start? A pro starts when the servers open on 23 October, or when the mode you booked is live. Campaign Early Access for digital Standard and Vault pre-orders starts 16 October.

Can I cancel? You can cancel for a full refund any time before your session starts.

Do you use tools or bots? No. The session is hand-played. RICOCHET is live. We match region with a VPN and do not install third-party software.

Which platforms? PC (Battle.net, Steam, Xbox on PC), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Switch 2. Last-generation consoles are not supported.
