How does Conditional Finality work?

Conditional Finality is a dual-element exotic shotgun. Its top barrel fires Stasis pellets and its bottom barrel fires Solar pellets. Landing nearly all Stasis pellets will freeze targets; landing nearly all Solar pellets will ignite them. It's one of the only weapons in D2 that combines two elements, making it dominant in PvP (freeze + ignite combo) and strong in PvE.

What is the Conditional Finality drop rate?

Approximately 3% base rate per character per completion from Nezarec (final boss). Completing the Living Nightmares triumph (flawless raid) greatly increases the drop rate. When RoN is the featured raid, you can farm unlimited. Otherwise, 3 attempts per week (one per character). Our Guaranteed package farms until it drops.

Is Root of Nightmares farmable?

Partially. When RoN is the weekly featured raid (rotation), legendary loot and the exotic are fully farmable with no lockout. When it's not in rotation, you're limited to one reward per encounter per character per week (3 Nezarec kills for CF). Master mode and all 4 challenges are only available during rotation weeks.
