Remote Control: install TeamViewer or a similar tool (5-minute setup) and a pro plays your character from your own PC while you watch — hands-off, no account credentials required. Account Sharing: we log into your account from a region-matched dedicated machine — fully hands-off. Pick whichever fits your schedule and comfort. All three reach the same rating in the same window.

I'm 1400-rated / brand new to arena. Will this actually work for me?

Yes. The outcome is driven by the organized team process, not your personal arena skill. Complete beginners reach Duelist, Gladiator, and Galactic Gladiator with us regularly. Games are low-stress — you queue with high-MMR teammates and other buyers in the same system. No separate coaching curriculum; you go straight into live team queues.

Does this include gear? Do I need to be geared before you start?

PvP gear is earned automatically during the climb — every 3v3 game awards 93 Conquest on a win and 140 Honor per game (win or loss). By the time you reach 2100+ you'll have a full Honor set (item level 276 inside arenas) plus a full Conquest set (item level 289 inside arenas — the current 3v3 BiS) without any extra grind. PvP gear has a higher item level inside arenas / BGs / Solo Shuffle than out in the open world, so even rank-1 Honor pieces scale up the moment you queue. Starting with zero PvP gear is fine. We also sell a pre-boost gear add-on if you'd rather skip the gearing entirely.

Do you have Discord support / a Discord rep?

Operating hours are 3 pm – 1 am Pacific Time (PST/PDT) every day, a 10-hour daily window. We auto-detect your local timezone on the schedule picker so you see slots in your time. Most US, LATAM, and evening-EU buyers fit core sessions directly. For EU mornings and AU off-peak, the Remote Control and Account Sharing methods run while you sleep — you wake up to rating progress. Why does the price drop when I enter my current rating?

If you've already climbed part of the ladder, you don't pay for segments below your current rating. The page subtracts the highest cleared inline rung below your target. Example: 2100 target ($120) at 1890 CR → subtract 1800 rung ($20) → you pay $100. Minimum floor is $7 (Test 1 Win tier).

How does the price escalator work — will it really change?

The dollar price you see on the page right now is the live price. We don't run hidden weekly escalators against you. If a tier price changes, it changes on the page itself first. Carts created today hold today's price for 14 days from purchase. No surprise increases mid-service.

Can I play any class and spec?
