Is it really this cheap? Why so much lower than competitors?
Yes — the page price is the price you pay. Since 2016 and 250,000+ orders we have built a delivery system more efficient than the traditional two-pro carry, so the saving is structural, not a bait price. You pay for real hours from real pros in your 3v3. The page price is final and we honor it for 14 days from purchase if you delay your start.
What's the difference between Self-Play, Remote Control, and Account Sharing?
Three options, one result, same price. Self-Play: you play every match yourself alongside skilled teammates. Remote Control: install TeamViewer (5 min) and a pro plays your character on your own PC while you watch, no credentials shared. Account Sharing: we log in from a region-matched dedicated machine, hands-off. All three reach the same rating.
I'm 1400-rated / brand new to arena. Will this actually work for me?
Yes. The outcome is driven by the organized team process, not your personal arena skill. Complete beginners reach Duelist, Gladiator, and Venomous Gladiator with us regularly. Games are low-stress — you queue with high-MMR teammates and other buyers in the same system. No separate coaching curriculum; you go straight into live team queues.
Does this include gear? Do I need to be geared before you start?
PvP gear is earned during the climb: every 3v3 game awards 93 Conquest on a win and 140 Honor win or loss. By 2100+ you have a full Honor set (ilvl 276 in arenas) and a full Conquest set (ilvl 289, current 3v3 BiS). Gear scales up inside arenas, so starting with none is fine. We also sell a pre-boost gear add-on if you would rather skip gearing.
What is the guarantee?
Guaranteed result or full refund. If we don't deliver your purchased rating within the agreed window, you receive a complete refund to your original payment method. No store credits, no partial-refund tricks — real money back. Monthly plan customers can cancel anytime with no penalty.
I live in EU / Australia / off-peak US — does this work for my timezone?
Sessions run 3 pm – 1 am Eastern (12 pm – 10 pm Pacific) daily, a 10-hour window, and the picker shows slots in your own timezone. Most US, LATAM and evening-EU buyers fit core sessions directly. For EU mornings and AU off-peak, Remote Control and Account Sharing run while you sleep. The EU tier is sold as a pre-order at 30% off.
Why does the price drop when I enter my current rating?
If you have already climbed part of the ladder you do not pay for segments below your current rating: the page subtracts the highest cleared inline rung below your target. Example: 2100 target ($379) at 1890 CR subtracts the 1800 rung ($209), so you pay $170. Road to Gladiator is the exception — a block of hours, same price wherever you start.
How does the price escalator work — will it really change?
The dollar price you see on the page right now is the live price. We don't run hidden weekly escalators against you. If a tier price changes, it changes on the page itself first. Carts created today hold today's price for 14 days from purchase. No surprise increases mid-service.
How does this service work?
You join scheduled 3v3 blocks with our high-MMR operator pool and other participants in the same system. Teams are built at high MMR, so rating moves because the process and your teammates carry the outcome, not because you must hard-carry. Self-Play, Remote Control (TeamViewer, ~5 min) or Account Sharing, same page price. Legal and exploit-free.
What modes are available?
Self-Play: you play on your own PC alongside skilled teammates. Remote Control: a pro plays your character from your own PC while you watch, hands-off, no credentials required — most competitors will not do this for Gladiator or Rank 1; we do, at the same price. Account Sharing: we log in from a region-matched dedicated machine.
Does my skill level matter?
No. Our teammates carry the team regardless of your individual performance. You'll naturally improve during sessions, but reaching your target rating doesn't depend on your personal skill. Complete beginners regularly finish on Gladiator and Venomous Gladiator with us.
Can I play any class and spec?
Yes — any arena-viable class/spec. Exact comp is flexible: 100+ operators and buyers rotate through the system, so we land you in a solid fun setup rather than a fixed 'you bring X we bring Y' table. Share preferences in order chat after purchase and we'll align your slot.
