Honkai Star Rail Tier List: Version 4.5, 4 role boards

This is LFCarry’s Version 4.5 board for Honkai: Star Rail. To Roll the Stars in Astropolis opened on 26 August 2026 and runs to 28 September 2026.

The 4 boards above are Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction and Apocalyptic Shadow. DPS S is Himeko Nova, Castorice, Aventurine Waveflair, Archer, Ashveil, Evanescia, Firefly and Silver Wolf Lv. 999.

Amplifier S is Robin Summeretto, Mortenax Blade, Cyrene, The Dahlia, Trailblazer Elation and Yao Guang.

Sustain S is Huohuo and Hyacine.

Aventurine Waveflair had no letter on 29 August. The 16 September board puts him on DPS S. That is the delta that moved this page.

Letters rest on the 16 September endgame board, checked against the 12 September overall board and the official 4.5 notice. Where the 2 boards split a full band, both grades sit in prose.

Simulated Universe, Swarm Disaster and Forgotten Hall have no published character ranks. Those modes stay in prose. No invented letter is offered for them.

The 29 August 2026 page described 4.5 and left Waveflair ungraded. The 16 September board is the reason this rewrite exists. Summeretto was already Amplifier S on day 1. Waveflair joined DPS S later in the window.

Custom order, main quest, chests and Simulated Universe are the 4 cards on this page. Memory stages and Trailblaze leveling stay in the chat links because those floors move by range.

Claim the Fate 5-star before you pull a 2nd premium carry. Lock Elation or Remembrance on Trailblazer. Finish Dan Heng PT. Then pick Nova or Castorice.

DPS. Start with Himeko Nova if you want every mode. Castorice is the Quantum AoE twin. Aventurine Waveflair is the 4.5 Elation carry now on S.

Archer is S for single-target and a weak Pure Fiction pick. Firefly is S on the 16 September board and a band lower on the 12 September overall board. Play her into Apocalyptic Shadow.

Sparxie is A as a carry and S as Support DPS. The split is mode: wide AoE plus Punchlines, and she wants an Elation amp.

Support DPS. Ashveil, Evernight, Rin Tohsaka and Sparxie share S. Gilgamesh is A and the free Fate pick that feeds Saber.

Amplifier. Robin Summeretto is the 4.5 Harmony kit. The base Robin stays C. Trailblazer Elation is free and S.

Sparkle is A. She dropped off the top band on 26 August. The kit is still the skill-point battery. Sunday and Tribbie split a full band: Sunday feeds 1 carry, Tribbie favours 2.

Sustain. Huohuo and Hyacine share S. Dan Heng Permansor Terrae is A and the free copy every account received.

Gallagher is C as a 4-star and still the F2P cleanse that keeps a shell alive.

A single ranking cannot describe 3 endgame modes with opposite jobs. That is why the splits exist.

Memory of Chaos rewards blast and single-target. Bring Himeko Nova, Castorice, Archer, Ashveil, Firefly, Silver Wolf Lv. 999, Evanescia or Aventurine Waveflair. This is the mode the averaged board describes best.

Pure Fiction rewards wide AoE. Single-target kits are dead weight. Bring Himeko Nova, Castorice, Evanescia, Sparxie, The Herta or Jade. Leave Archer, Feixiao, Boothill and Seele at home. Ashveil falls off at 5 targets.

Apocalyptic Shadow rewards single-target and Break. Bring Firefly with The Dahlia, Fugue, Ruan Mei and Lingsha or Gallagher. Boothill and Himeko Nova still work.

Endgame rotations move on the official calendar. Version 4.5 itself closes 28 September 2026.

Simulated Universe, Swarm Disaster and Forgotten Hall have no published character ranks. The same premium cores clear them. Lower Simulated Universe floors do not need an S carry when the team is built. Treat Forgotten Hall as Memory-of-Chaos-shaped until a dated board says otherwise.

Traced shells only. Each line is a published 4.5 team.

Nova general. Himeko Nova + Mortenax Blade + Welt + Huohuo. Multi-target Memory of Chaos.

Nova sustain. Himeko Nova + Mortenax Blade + Trailblazer Remembrance + Dan Heng Permansor Terrae.

Nova burst. Himeko Nova + Sunday + Sparkle + Huohuo or Dan Heng PT. Single-target advance spam.

Castorice Heir. Castorice + Evernight + Cyrene + Hyacine.

Elation AoE. Evanescia + Yao Guang + Huohuo + Trailblazer Elation. The Pure Fiction answer.

Break. Firefly + The Dahlia + Fugue + Lingsha. Apocalyptic Shadow lean.

Budget Nova. Himeko Nova + Welt + Huohuo + Trailblazer Remembrance.

Collab single-target. Archer + Rin Tohsaka + Sparkle + any sustain. Leave this shell out of Pure Fiction.

Custom order starts at $10 if you want a named S pick finished on your account. Main quest starts at $9. Chests start at $9. Simulated Universe starts at $8.

Several apex units cost nothing on 4.5. Finish those before you pull a 2nd premium carry.

Free Fate 5-star. Gilgamesh or Archer. Claimable from 24 July 2026 through the end of Version 4.6. Pick Archer for single-target. Pick Gilgamesh to support Saber.

Dan Heng Permansor Terrae. Every account received a free copy. He dropped off Sustain S on 26 August. The letter is A. The slot is still the best free healer on the page.

Trailblazer paths. Elation is Amplifier S. Remembrance anchors the budget Nova team. Harmony covers Break.

Gallagher. 4-star sustain. E6 is the F2P cleanse that keeps Firefly and Nova shells alive.

Welt. Standard banner. A real piece in the budget Nova shell.

Herta, Tingyun, Pela and Moze each own a niche: Herta in Pure Fiction, Tingyun for energy, Pela for defence shred. Asta and Natasha cover a beginner Nova team while you build the S shells.

A free character is unfinished until the light cone and relics land. Acheron’s signature is close to mandatory. Sparxie jumps with hers. Nova has a short cone list.

New in 4.5 on 26 August 2026: Robin Summeretto and Aventurine Waveflair. Version 4.4 In Ravages Does the Whistle Sound closed the same day.

Both community boards put Summeretto on the top amplifier band on day 1. Sparkle and Dan Heng Permansor Terrae left that top band the same day.

Waveflair had no published letter on 29 August. The 16 September board puts him on DPS S. That is the 20 September rewrite.

DPS S on 16 September: Archer, Ashveil, Aventurine Waveflair, Castorice, Evanescia, Firefly, Himeko Nova, Silver Wolf Lv. 999. Sustain S: Huohuo, Hyacine.

A stale list still says Version 4.4 is live, or still sells Sparkle and Dan Heng PT as the only top amplifier and sustain. Those are July documents.

Version 4.5 closes 28 September 2026. 4.6 kits stay ungraded. A teaser without kit numbers gets no letter.

Pick the mode 1st and the character 2nd. A Pure Fiction clear wants AoE. A Memory of Chaos clear wants blast. An Apocalyptic Shadow clear wants Break.

New account: claim the Fate 5-star, lock Trailblazer Elation or Remembrance, and finish Dan Heng Permansor Terrae. Add Himeko Nova or Castorice when the banner is live.

If your only 5-star is Archer, keep him for Memory of Chaos and build an AoE 2nd team for Pure Fiction. Do not force him into 5-target rooms.

If your only 5-star is Sparkle, keep her. A is still a working battery. Add a DPS S before another amplifier.

If you own Robin Summeretto and the base Robin, play Summeretto. The C letter on the old kit is the 4.5 call.

If you own Aventurine Waveflair with no Elation amp, swap Trailblazer to Elation before you pull a 2nd carry.

Want the S row finished on your account? Custom order starts at $10. Main quest starts at $9. Chests start at $9. Simulated Universe starts at $8.

Ask in chat with your Trailblaze Level and your 5-stars. Name the mode you cannot clear.

S means the character is a default endgame pick on the 16 September board. A means playable if already built. B means mastery still clears. C is comfort that loses ceiling to the S row.

Himeko Nova is DPS S. Fire Erudition. Mech follow-ups. Wants a Trailblaze Companion. Holds Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction and Apocalyptic Shadow.

Castorice is DPS S. Remembrance Quantum. Heavy AoE. Skill-point neutral. F2P-friendly shells exist around her, which is rare on an apex carry.

Aventurine Waveflair is DPS S. 4.5 Elation Quantum. Ungraded on 29 August. T0 on 16 September. Pair with Elation Trailblazer or Yao Guang.

Archer is DPS S. Fate Quantum. Enormous skill and ultimate multipliers. Wants Sparkle. Struggles in AoE. Leave him out of Pure Fiction.

Ashveil is DPS S and Support DPS S. Lightning. Strong into 1 to 3 targets. Buffs follow-up teams. Falls off at 5 targets.

Evanescia is DPS S. Elation Physical. Hypercarry shell. Supported by free Elation Trailblazer. The Pure Fiction Elation answer.

Firefly is DPS S on 16 September and a band lower on the 12 September overall board. Destruction Fire. Play her into Apocalyptic Shadow with Dahlia, Fugue and Lingsha.

Silver Wolf Lv. 999 is DPS S. Elation Imaginary. Speed and crit. Peaks next to Sparxie and Yao Guang.

Acheron is DPS A. Hysilens is DPS A. Evernight is DPS A and Support DPS S. Saber is DPS A. Sparxie is DPS A and Support DPS S.

Anaxa is DPS B. Phainon is DPS B. Aglaea is DPS B. Feixiao is DPS B and a Pure Fiction skip. Mydei is DPS B. The Herta is DPS B and a Pure Fiction AoE pick.

Boothill is DPS C and a Pure Fiction skip. Rappa is DPS C. Seele is DPS C and a Pure Fiction skip.

Rin Tohsaka is Support DPS S. The collab off-field next to Archer. Black Swan is Support DPS A. Gilgamesh is Support DPS A and the free Fate pick that feeds Saber. Kafka is Support DPS B. Jade is Support DPS B and a Pure Fiction pick. Base Silver Wolf is Support DPS C.

Robin Summeretto is Amplifier S. 4.5 Harmony Wind. Day-1 top band on both boards. Base Robin is Amplifier C.

Mortenax Blade is Amplifier S. Generalist damage amp. Fits ultimate and follow-up teams. Can chip sustain or aggro.

Cyrene is Amplifier S on the 16 September board and a band lower on the overall board. True damage and Chrysos Heir enhancement. The Dahlia is Amplifier S. Super Break.

Trailblazer Elation is Amplifier S and free. Triggers ally Elation skills. Yao Guang is Amplifier S. Skill-point positive Elation amp with resistance penetration.

Ruan Mei is Amplifier A. Sparkle is Amplifier A. Dropped off the top band on 26 August. Still the skill-point battery. Fugue is Amplifier A. Trailblazer Harmony is Amplifier A. Trailblazer Remembrance is Amplifier A. Tribbie is Amplifier A and a split. Welt is Amplifier A and the budget Nova piece.

Cerydra is Amplifier B. Cipher is Amplifier B. Sunday is Amplifier B and a split. He feeds 1 carry. Bronya is Amplifier C.

Huohuo is Sustain S. Energy and cleanse. Hyacine is Sustain S. Dan Heng Permansor Terrae is Sustain A and the free copy. Fu Xuan is Sustain B. Lingsha is Sustain B and a Break healer. Base Aventurine is Sustain C. Gallagher is Sustain C as a 4-star. Luocha is Sustain C.

Version 4.5 opened 26 August 2026. Version 4.5 closes 28 September 2026. 4.6 kits stay ungraded. The Fate 5-star stays claimable through the end of 4.6.

Custom order starts at $10. Main quest starts at $9. Chests start at $9. Simulated Universe starts at $8. Memory stages and Trailblaze leveling live in the chat links.

If the mode is Pure Fiction, start with Nova, Castorice, Evanescia, Sparxie, The Herta or Jade. If the mode is Apocalyptic Shadow, start with Firefly plus Dahlia, Fugue and Lingsha. If the mode is Memory of Chaos, start with any DPS S.

Simulated Universe, Swarm Disaster and Forgotten Hall still have no published character ranks. Use the same cores. Do not invent a letter for those modes.

A stale page still titles itself Version 4.4, or still sells Sparkle and Dan Heng PT as the only top amplifier and sustain. Those pages closed on 26 August.

Common miss 1: forcing Archer into Pure Fiction because he is DPS S. S is Memory of Chaos. Pure Fiction wants Nova, Castorice, Evanescia or Sparxie.

Common miss 2: treating Waveflair as ungraded because an August page said so. The 16 September board put him on DPS S. Build the Elation shell.

Common miss 3: playing base Robin after you own Summeretto. Summeretto is Amplifier S. Base Robin is Amplifier C. Swap.

Common miss 4: pulling a 2nd premium carry before Trailblazer Elation is locked. Elation Trailblazer is free and S. It is the 1st amp on an Elation account.

Common miss 5: benching Dan Heng PT because he left Sustain S. He is A and free. Huohuo and Hyacine are the S pair. Dan Heng still heals the budget Nova shell.

Common miss 6: inventing Simulated Universe letters. No dated board publishes them. Use the same cores. Skip the letter.

Common miss 7: reading Sunday as a dead amp because the averaged board dropped him. He still feeds 1 carry. Tribbie still feeds 2. Pick the job, then the letter.

Common miss 8: waiting for a 4.6 letter on a teaser. 4.5 closes 28 September. A kit number will get a letter. A key art will not.

Ask in chat with Trailblaze Level, the 5-stars you own, and the mode that failed. I will name the shell and the card. Custom order $10. Main quest $9. Chests $9. Simulated Universe $8.

Version 4.5 To Roll the Stars in Astropolis. 26 August 2026 to 28 September 2026. Waveflair on DPS S. Summeretto on Amplifier S. Nova and Castorice still on DPS S. Huohuo and Hyacine on Sustain S. 4 role boards. That is the page.
