A custom order is what you use when the thing you want is not on a shelf. You describe the outcome — a named item, a difficulty you do not want to face alone, a block of farming hours, a run on a character you cannot afford to lose — and we quote it, agree the scope in writing, and deliver against that scope. No package to squeeze your request into, and no charge until the scope is agreed.
This is not a niche corner of what we do in The Division 2. Custom orders are the single largest line on our Division shelf, and the requests below are real ones we have taken, priced and run.
What people actually order this way
Every price below is a real figure from a real Division 2 order. They are anchors, not a menu — your scope sets your price, and small requests stay small.
| Request | What it means | Paid |
|---|---|---|
| Warlords of New York on Realism, Hardcore character | Full WONY campaign through Liberty Island on the hardest difficulty, played on a permadeath character. One mistake ends the character, so it is run by a pro who plays it safe. | $449 |
| Custom build + Bench boost | A full build assembled to a target role, plus the crafting bench brought up so you can keep rolling gear yourself afterwards. | $1,080 |
| Named-item farm: Turmoil Kneepads | A specific named piece farmed until it drops. Chase items with no guaranteed source are the most common custom request we get. | $170 |
| Sheriff shotgun on PS5 | One named weapon, one platform, one clear finish line. | $120 |
| Eagle Bearer + full PvP build | An exotic guaranteed and a Dark Zone-ready loadout built around it in the same order. | $200 |
| Striker build, full PvE optimisation | A named meta build taken to max stats rather than “a good enough version”. | $99 |
| The Summit, floor 14 to 100 plus a farm block | A climb you do not want to grind, run to the floor you name. | $60 |
| Six-hour Control Point blueprint farm | Time you buy by the hour. You say how long and what to prioritise; we run it and report what dropped. | $72 |
| Tinkerer’s Mask (Master) | A single exotic mask on a set difficulty. | $55 |
| Capitol Globe Anomaly, classified assignment | One specific piece of content cleared, piloted. | $30 |
The four shapes almost every custom order takes
A named item you have chased and not seen
Exotics, named weapons, brand pieces, masks, kneepads — anything with a drop table and no pity timer. If we already list it, buy the listed one, it is cheaper. Custom exists for the items we do not list, and for combinations: two named pieces from different sources, or an item plus the build it belongs in.
Difficulty you would rather not attempt
Heroic and Legendary content, Incursions, Summit floors deep into the hundreds, Countdown on the higher settings. The price follows how long it takes and how many pros it needs, not how rare the mode sounds.
A character you cannot risk
Hardcore is permadeath: die once and the character is gone, along with everything on it. Realism strips the HUD aids and makes ammunition and healing scarce. Together they are the hardest way The Division 2 can be played, and they are the one case where handing the controller to a pro is not about time — it is about not losing months of progress in a single bad room. We take these, we play them conservatively, and we tell you before we start exactly which encounters carry real risk.
Hours, bought as hours
Some requests have no natural finish line: farm caches, chase a blueprint, level a season pass, run Control Points at level 4 for whatever drops. Buy a block of time instead of an outcome. You set the priorities, we run the block, and you get a list of what came out of it.
How a custom order runs
You describe what you want in your own words — platform, character, what you already have, what you are trying to end up with. We come back with a scope and a price, and the scope names what is included and what is not. Nothing is charged until you agree it.
Once it is agreed you get an order chat with the pro assigned to it. Piloted or self-play is your call: piloted means we play it, self-play means you are in the group and we carry the difficult parts. Progress is reported as it happens, and if the scope needs to change mid-run we ask first rather than adjusting the price afterwards.
We do not use cheats, exploits or third-party software. Requests that would put your account at risk are declined and explained rather than quietly reshaped into something else.
Before you order a custom
Check the shelf first. Eagle Bearer, Ouroboros, Bighorn, The Ravenous, Memento, the Wright Mask, SHD levels, Expertise levels, Control Point farming and the raids all have their own listings, and a listed service is always cheaper than the same work quoted individually. Custom is for what is not there.
